The boutique hotel is new, modern, and very clean. The rooms are not large, but they are comfortable and well designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. We chose a room on the upper floor, which we liked, but if you prefer to get up late in the morning , I would not recommend staying on the 8th floor because the restaurant is located on the 9th floor. The constant sound of chairs being moved in the morning can be disturbing for sensitive guests. The breakfast was good — not extremely varied.The view of the Bosphorus and Galata during breakfast was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient, with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for every taste. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great choice for exploring the city. We also appreciated that the hotel provided two large bottles of water every day. Another nice detail was that the window could be opened slightly, which allowed fresh air into the room. Check in an hour later than the official check-in time because the room was not ready. Rooms are small. No spa and sauna. Small gym.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to major tourist attractions and within walking distance to many key spots. Customer service was friendly and cooperative. Housekeeping was below expectations. The room was cleaned superficially, but essential items such as tissues and bathroom amenities were not replenished regularly.

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The location is simply perfect, just a short walk from Galataport, close to the iconic Galata Tower, and incredibly convenient for exploring so many of Istanbul’s top attractions. Whether you’re strolling along the waterfront, hopping on public transport, or discovering nearby cafés and sights, everything is right at your doorstep. A very special thank you and heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Ali Kerem, whose outstanding hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Thanks to him, everything throughout our stay was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The dedication of him and the hotel’s staff and their warm attitude really set this hotel apart. The hotel itself was immaculate; cleanliness was exceptional and maintained to the highest standard at all times. From the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh, well cared for, and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul (first visit for us), and would gladly stay here again. A big thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience!
