It was central and close by Galata tower. Room and bathroom were comfortable.

Excellent location near the bottom of the Galata tower hill, walkable distance (up to 35 minutes) to all major attractions. The room was cleaned, and two water bottles were offered every day. Sheets and towels could be changed upon request. Friendly staff. You can also leave your luggage there if needed, without extra charge. Quiet room (our room was facing the back and not the street). The only negative (but minor) thing was a damaged patch of wall behind the curtain, which did not affect our stay.

convenient location, nice room For the first time, it was hard to sleep because of the noise. The balcony door felt open, even though it was closed.

Location was good. Very easy either walk around or walk to metro. Great Bathroom bigger shower then most European showers. Location is hilly so be prepared either coming or going you will be walking up fairly steep hill.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just walking distance to Galata Tower and a whole row of lovely cafes. The service was excellent, with everyone very friendly and welcoming, especially Yusuf, who not only provided professional service but also made me feel warm and valued throughout my stay. This hotel is definitely worth staying at again.

Location was centric to everything: food, iconic parts, night live A little confusion at the front desk with charging the shuttle service. note it is per ride, not per person. My friend and I had arrived different times so we each paid for pick up and drop off upon arrival. Because there were different personnel we double paid for the drop off until we discussed it and realized it. Thankfully, the front desk realized it when we brought it up and got our refund but important to keep note. Other than that, the room And personnel were great

it was well maintained. the location of the property was more than ideal. The staff were amazing and super friendly. 10/10 . it was right next to Istiklal street and to the tower. Sultanahmet was also only a bridge away, couldn’t have asked for a better location. That I didn’t stay for longer.
