We had an issue with the air conditioning which they staff were not able to fix and it did get quite warm in the nights. We had to open our windows to let some breeze in.

Cosy clean room, friendly staff, all the needed facilities. Excellent location. Nice view from the roof. Not enough shelves in the bathroom. Restaurant is quite expensive.

- location - view - not clean - high price for what is offered - noisy from the club, the construction and the roof - we asked twice for toilet paper and we never got it - no room cleaning for the three nights - leftover trash for previous guests - it is way different and older if compared to the pictures It was disappointing paying for a penthouse to celebrate our anniversary but we didn't get what we expected.

The location was perfect, our hotel room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On the top floor there is a small restaurant with a breathtaking view and delicious food, and hotel guests get a discount — such a nice bonus!

Its old so you should be excepting an old room when old bathroom and furniture. Also there is no enough lights just side lamps beside the bed, it can be very dim at noon. Thats it else very thing is good.

Location is simply amazing at the very beginning of the incline so you dont have to walk alot, zcentralized between beyolgu and karakoy. View was spectacular and Ogour was more than helpful and welcoming he made our trip even better. The noise coming from the roof top due to cleaning, and there are many places around us who have maintenance so knocking was everywhere.

The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful! Every day, they checked in to ask about our stay and see if there was anything they could do to improve it. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant at the top of the building with a stunning view. The location is also excellent—within walking distance of both the shore and Taksim Square. This definitely won’t be my last stay here. A special mention to Ugur, an amazing manager who offered us complimentary Turkish tea on the top floor and refused to let us pay. Thank you, Karakoy Aparts! It could get a bit noisy at night due to some construction work nearby during our stay, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Among all aspects of the stay, I especially enjoyed the service. It was excellent. It was my mistake that during one of the excursions, I forgot my phone on the boat. Our receptionist and service desk agent Rohat was extremely helpful. He called the boat company and arranged the pickup. I couldn't be any more grateful. Everything was wonderful. Another receptionist, Ugur arranged the taxi for us. Helped with bags, etc. I rarely experience this high level of service. It was absolutely wonderful. Would absolutely stay there again. Location is amazing as well. Just a few meters from the Galata tower and a popular street with tons of restaurants, cafes, and cute stores. They also have a rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view of Galata Tower and all the mosques.

I would like to thank all the stuff of this hotel especially mr ugur he was super helpful and kind and the location of the hotel the best thing about it,you can reach anywhere easily.and they have the best rooftop in the town with the best italian food .thank you for making my stay super nice ?

It was clean and great location The mattress isnt good the bathroom glass was missing in the bathroom seems it was broken and never replaced it the matress is heavily used it needs to be changed its not firm on the sides proof of being heavily used and never changed
