Delicious breakfast and good location Terrible sound insulation, it's impossible to sleep until 3 a.m., because the crowd is screaming under the windows and you can hear everything as if they're in your room, a very tired and dirty room

Everything is okay.

Perhaps the only bonus is the location. It is convenient that you do not have to go far up a steep climb to your place of residence. Within walking distance (literally 3-4 minutes) is a tram, 5 minutes - a pier with ferries and a bus stop. It is also a 5-minute walk to the Galata Tower. This is the beginning of the tourist street and there are many places around - where to eat, what to buy and what to see The air conditioner is personal and worked well. The photos make the room look much better than it actually is. The cleaning before check-in is poor - the fan on the ventilation duct in the shower is covered in dust, the telephone receiver near the toilet hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The chrome on the sink faucet is peeling, the shower head is covered in limescale, the shower itself also needs renovation or replacement The ceiling in the room is covered in mosquito marks killed by previous guests The safe is nominally present - but it's not even attached to the wall - i.e. it's useless There was breakfast, but it had a very specific taste and not everyone will like it

Location is amazing. Centre to everything you want to visit. The breakfast is really good and filling, totally worth it. Construction noise on the street, it has nothing to do with the hotel but from our room we could hear street noise as well.

The location was perfect and the rooms comfortable . Breakfast even if it was the same every day it was delicious and we had the best coffee Nobody came to clean the room

Close to the main roads and bridge to reach main sights. Close to restaurants and bars and small local shops. WiFi did not work all the time Some noise can enter from outside

Loved the central location, 5 minutes walk away from the Galata Tower and 15 minutes from Istiklal Street. The deluxe room was very spacious and airy. The room was very clean and they had daily housekeeping. Some fixtures in the bathroom were a little old but nothing that caused unpleasantness. The street where the hotel is located is very busy even a little past midnight so if you’re a light sleeper, you might have trouble getting peaceful sleep.

Perfectly located within walking distance to Galata Tower, Taksim, and other points of interest, incl, great restaurants and nightlife.. Every one of the staff were amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left, loved it!

Some insects in the room

Room 307 had good interiors, high ceilings, big windows you sit on! We stayed on this hotel for 3 nights, it was NEVER CLEANED, not once! Despite of the sign for cleaning hanged outside the door, it wasn’t done!!! Despite complaining to the night front desk clerk about this after our first night, still nothing happened. If room isn’t cleaned, towels are also NOT replaced, toiletries are NOT replenished, drinking water isn’t supplied! These, we believe, are included in the price paid for the room. So, we hope they can issue me a refund for the services that wasn’t delivered! The vacuum fan/exhaust fan in the toilet is VERY LOUD when turned on in room 307. That should be addressed. Be aware that you will be hearing outside noise from this room, it’s not soundproof.
