We have stayed at this property several times and love the location. Plus we very much appreciate a traditional hotel as so much of the area is changing . It has a feel of a hotel that has seen many changes but still is warm and welcoming, small enough to feel intimate and that the staff knows and cares about you. They were also very good with arranging airport transfers at a good price. It was our type of hotel. Rooms were fine in size and clean and beds comfortable so no real complaints . There is a mosque next door and the call to prayer may bother some but it was part of the culture we came to experience

It is tough to say what I did not like because I did evaluate excellent every aspect of their service.

The attitude of the stuff was exclusively wonderful. They were very attentive to all the concerns I had. They were ready to go extra mile to meet my expectations and to be available at any moment I needed them. I would like to provide an example: for many dayes I was unable to make a reservation for a wheel chair. It took the front desk administrator a few minutes to fulfil my request. From my own experience it is very tough to deal with Turkish Airlines. At the moment I cannot say something definite on this score.

They were very friendly and the place was quite clean and affordable. I liked the 6th floor space where you can make tea and coffee for yourself and relax or work there. It's also very close to Galata tower and so many other tourist attractions, restaurants and also cost to the water.

Rooms - Modern, well maintained and clean. Location - Easy to get anywhere in downtown Istanbul using the tram and ferries. Great access to nearby restaurants and port. Facility - Loved the dining room at Level 6 where we could enjoy the sunset. Getting there - Took HAVIST bus from airport to Eminonu and walked one tram station across the bridge. Very convenient. Note - Our room came with a staircase - which was special and we liked it. Not recommended for small children and elderly. Nothing!

Three night stay between cruise ships. The desk man and breakfast preparation man were the nicest people I met in Istanbul. They even got a cantalope for me for breakfast.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location, close to public transport, the Bosphorus, and many tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and kind and we would be happy to stay here again if we come back to Istanbul! Nothing

We stayed four nights on the last week of May 2025, Shenar at the reception was very professional and friendly, everyone at the hotel was very nice, on the first night right after arriving we took a shower and noticed the shower was draining too slowly, we called the reception and they switched us to another room right away. There was always a bottle of water, tea and instant coffee in the room. The location is very convenient, on a quiet block, close to the Galata Bridge, the Galataport complex with modern shops and restaurants is 10 minutes away, tram stations is a few minutes walk away. Room was quiet with A/C and comfortable bed. None

Great altitude to the guests, everyone was very friendly and tried to help as much as they could. The best location near the ferry and 10 minutes walk to Galata tower) definitely would like to return !

Although it looks nice, plumbing wasn't great. Shower heads are residential quality, broken parts. Low water pressure much of the time. TV is extremely small for the room. Otherwise, the room is very nice.
