Horrible place never visit here try to look for other options

Staff gave a keycard to another couple to my room and they walked in my room at 1 am!

Location cleaner then most hotels in the area. Checked in a little early clerk lady said no come back at 3pm I come back at 3pm there 12 people waiting to be checked in she didn't come back to the desk till 315pm the next person on duty comes in and she grabs her purse and walks away leaving this man to check in all the guests alone I I didn't get in my room until 415 pm people who were waiting in line said that happens a lot there I personally only stay there once in a while but I won't be coming back.

The property had a nice location. They overbooked my reservation and ended up canceling my room. I didn’t know this until 9pm and ended up having to drive home because all of the hotels were booked.

Room was not ready at check-in

Nothing. The hotel did not honor my confirmed reservation, so my family never had the opportunity to stay at the property. The hotel confirmed my reservation and said it was expecting my family. However, at 6:41 p.m. on the arrival date, while we were flying from Charlotte to Chicago, I was told that no room was available. No alternative accommodation or meaningful assistance was offered. I had to book another hotel at nearly double the price, farther from O’Hare Airport. This caused serious stress and additional expenses. The treatment was unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It first I didn't like the fridge noise, but didn't hear it behind the wall that is built around it.
