Hyatt Place Itasca

The location is great and close to what we needed for our trip.

We had a pair of conjoined rooms for our stay and the ac in one of the rooms didn't seem to work all that well. Even when set as low as possible it was hovering just shy of 70 at night. Our group is planning another trip to Chicago already and so far the one thing we've agreed on is that we won't be staying here again.

The staff was very friendly, and the young Indian lady was very professional. I loved it. I will definitely go back there… Gomez ..

Would stay here again...hopefully with a pool in operation.

No blanket for sofa bed. Bathroom hardly has any space. Would not recommend with family

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Plus that there is a laundry on site. Breakfast was good! Kids enjoyed the freshly made waffles

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The pool was closed, the fitness center was not well equipped or cleaned often and there was no food service in the evenings as advertised.

Service , we were yrs sling with an infant and kid getting into university, which offcourse means lot of luggage and we had a Bus to catch, and one of the primary reasons we took this hotel because it was close to hotel and easy to commute with a big Family and enormous luggage. We went ahead and booked the hotel shuttle well in advance but when the time came and we were running on critical route shuttle wasn’t available, we had few college errands which we needed to meet and local construction and traffic added 15 mins to shuttle scheduled time. We don’t know this area so estimates can always go wrong by 15 mins. But that doesn’t mean hotel Won’t consider this family with kids who spent 3 nights there and give some grace. A courtesy call could have been atleast helpful that you can’t wait. So that we could have planned alternative. Fortunately we were able to arrange Ubers and reach bus stop at nick of time. This got us into enormous stress as we were traveling with a renege and a toddler. We expected better from a Hyatt group of hotels ! Good learning for us tangent can’t depend on certain caveats.

We loved how big the room was and how comfy the pillows were. The staff was very helpful as well The pool was closed. There was a condom wrapper found in our room

the room is clean and spacious, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy; the breakfast is great!

The service and rooms were fantastic. The people were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was ok however we were given a room that was already occupied. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We stayed 2 nights and the rom wasn’t cleaned the first night. They said cleaning was only for members, which si am but it seems I wasn’t at the level to have a clean room after a long day. The kid at the desk brought clean towels.
