Hyatt Place Itasca

It was great experience.

We stayed here one quick overnight stay and boy was it full of an experience. Upon check in the staff was friendly and helpful. We got into our room and it was clearly dated and not clean. The AC vent was so disgusting the ac didn’t even cool the room down no matter how low you tried to make the thermostat. The bathroom is super small. Stains on the couch. The pool was dirty, towels and broken pool toys laying around. We were woken up by the fire alarm going off at 7:30 in the morning with no explanation no nothing. Since we were up we tried breakfast. I wouldn’t bother unless you like powder eggs. Barf. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Estaba todo super bueno. Camas limpias cuarto espacioso lo único aunque estaba bueno fue el desayuno deben varias un poquito pq me quede una semana y desayunar lo mismo deben varias un poco por día.

I didn’t like that one of the elevators didn’t work.

Toilet was clogged when we arrived, red paint stained on the ground, window covers covered in spiderwebs and stained. The pull out bed had brown stains on it as well.

Upon walking in the lobby has a welcoming atmosphere and front desk staff ready to help. Check in was quick, the price was unbelievably affordable, especially for location, and the room was above expectations. Bedding smelled fresh and clean, breakfast was amazing compared to other complimentary buffet-style breakfasts I've experienced. Check out was quick and easy. I look forward to staying again and at other Hyatt locations.

Room was clean until you got into the shower. There was mold growing on the tile and it smelled like mildew/mold. Otherwise it was a great place for the price.

Don't get a room on the 1st floor.

The staff was lovely and always helpful. The room had a musky smell and the carpet pretty beat up.

Wasn’t that bad

Hotel was clean and help was nice, but they have maintenance issues to address.

Pool could have been warmer breakfast was good- full hot breakfast (just very busy and tight space but food is good variety) Room size was great for our family of 5 (2 are big teenage boys)

We really enjoyed our stay

My room was dirty. They gave me an room and it was dirty also. After waiting about 45 min I finally got into my 3rd room and it was cleaner.
