Nos cobraron por el desayuno fue lo único que no me gustó porque cuando reservé decía desayuno incluido

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and decent place.

The bathtubs are covered in mildew and black mold, also be aware it takes almost 2 hours to get into the city with traffic! the lounge that’s advertised in their listing also doesn’t exist since it’s fully under construction! over all it’s super dirty.

Facility set in the 80’s - restaurant not open, felt like migration detention center

Called front desk multiple times for a question no answer 10pm or call back (NO USB outlets!) and I forgot my adapter. Room was clean, nicely refurbished, but noisy AC, SMALL bathroom w oversized sink area, & metal ceramic tub that curved to mid line center making it difficult to feel sure footed in the shower. Bed was comfortable, pillows large & in good shape. TV channels limited but adequate, but service signal was weak on many. Did not use wifi or food service. Parking seemed adequate, altho much maintenance was in progress. Was ok w price for Chicago airport.

Not the standard of what you would expect of a Hilton Double Tree. Rooms needed to be updated.

The room it was clean, good but the ceiling and the walls has water leak, which is make the scene uncomfortable for the eyes the mattress for the bed. It was very uncomfortable. It was very beat up. We had a very bad night trying to find a spot in it comfortable try to use the swimming pool swimming pool was not clean. Have a lot of paint chips inside the water, which make it very dangerous to swim in it.I did not see any supervision or any manager coming to try to make our stay more comfortable also the building was under construction, which is make it very tough to go and maneuver around the construction very bad experience for me and for my wife we were not happy at all for the money we spent.

Staff was friendly and the room was really clean

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with excellent exterior lighting that made me feel secure. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, making for a very positive experience.

The hotel was basically clean, but could be better. The condition of the property was poor with needed work to be done. Clean paint and wall-paper needed. The carpet is only in fair condition at best. Vacuuming needs to be everyday and not left to the judgement of the staff. People generally have higher standards. The front desk staff is good.

Dirty, rundown hotel. Clogged sinks and showers. Ripped curtains, pillow stains.

The door to the cabinet holding the fridge was hanging by 1 hinge, had to go to lobby (under construction) for microwave, they would not provide one in the room, the curtains wouldn't close all the way because someone put the plastic rods @end of curtain

The stay was good until it was constant arguing and fighting from the neighbors kept me up thru the night and trying to find a working ice machine was definitely a cardio workout and still did not find one. No turn down service was provided the construction outside was an eye sore the cookies were amazing though bathroom was kinda dirty but didn’t complain just cleaned it myself overall it’s an average stay that was interrupted with fighting and arguing from neighbors

The carpet was not very clean and there was spots on the wall where something was splattered on the wall

Room was clean, but the most notable thing was the staff. Fantastic service.

It is an old property in the middle of a remodel on outside but needs some work. Nothing around it.
