The Westin Chicago Northwest

This is a great location near the airport and close to a Metra station. The staff here are very friendly and were great with instructions and communication. One thing to note is that they do host events and while we stayed there were two weddings going on which made it a little challenging to sleep with guests and hotel patrons returning to their rooms at early hours. The hotel does not have traditional hallways either so you can see the rooms as soon as you step off the elevator which can also get noisy as people are getting off. This was our experience as we were given a room right next to the elevator so unsure about the noise levels farther away from the elevators but something to keep in mind if you’re trying to get some sleep. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again and found this hotel to be perfect for our trip.

Everything was good. I just wish they would have had complementary breakfast and have a shuttle that runs Monday- Sunday not Monday-Thursday. Also they need to have airport shuttle.

2nd room where we transferred were also incomplete, no glasses no cups or anything. Found a stained bed cover in between sheets that is quite disgusting. They have good customer service but rooms and its conditioned can be improved.

The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were amazing. Having to pay for everything on top of the fairly expensive charge for the room.

I liked that the front desk employees helped me to check in earlier than 3pm. I really appreciated the accommodation. The room had a high ceiling and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't like that the elevators were slow, but it wasnt a very long wait. The staff did notify customers dtaying the weekend by placing a note near the elevators. I also, couldnt contact the front desk from the phone in the room that I stayed at. A few friends would take the elevator down to speak with the front desk. It was unfortunate that the Westin hotel doesn't have complementary breakfast.

Cleaning staff only made beds and took some dirty towels. Was shocked to have seen nothing else done.
