- No food available after breakfast; you could order through an app on screen at the lobby but you need a phone which can receive messages.

They charged me more than what is expected

Clean. Complete. Courteous staff. A bit of a walk to the metro and tram but still very accessible.
-
Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Close to metro and bus, short ride to all attractions.

Clean. Good breakfast. Nice room good AC

quick and uncomplicated check-in. room and bathroom are stylish and clean. entire hotel atmosphere is young and fresh. rooms could be a little larger, size is just acceptable. our room at 3rd floor facing a main road with strong car traffic was a little loud but we slept well with earplugs.

A newer and clean hotel. Small but that was expected. Decent value. We didn’t opt for the breakfast because what they charged for what was offered was ridiculous. The property is clean and well maintained. We had the feeling and it was a strong feeling that management must treat their staff terribly. The staff was not happy, friendly, attentive or engaging. Very poor and we believe this is a reflection on management.

Parking was very tight. I came in late the last night and all the slots were too tight. It took 45 mins to fit in a parking slot.

Staff gave us an iron on request - unlike previous review. It's a bit far from the center, metro takes a while depending where you want to go. Aircon was not very intuitive to use (but did work).

Great location with a reasonable price

The hotel is in a convenient location and the rooms, although small, were clean. For a short stay, the basics are there. Two things significantly reduced my experience. First, we arrived about three hours early and asked whether we could leave our luggage for a couple of hours. The hotel charges fees for storing the luggage and instead suggested to do early check-in for €15 as this would be cheaper. What was not made clear was that city taxes would also be charged at that point, so we ended up paying €35 simply for arriving two hours early. Second, when I asked for an extra towel, I was told that only one towel is provided per person per room. This was apparently hotel policy. Having only one towel to use for everything is not acceptable in my view, especially for a room occupied by two guests. Breakfast also felt overpriced. I would recommend skipping it and walking about 400 meters to Boulangerie Champ des Pains instead. The hotel is trying hard to be the Ryanair of hotels.

I liked the location and the way the room and hotel were decorated. Also, there wasn’t much noise pollution from other guests. The pillows were too high and wish there was an additional pillow I could have used as I am a side sleeper. Also, a hand towel would be nice to have.

Good breakfast. Clean and friendly staff. Some useful underground parking that you pay for. Short walk to tram and bus and metro for rest of Paris. Tiny tiny room. Difficult with a couple of suitcases. Noisy as next to peripherique so can't open window.

The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the Metro 7 line at station Porte Choisy. If late at night and a woman by herself, this might be a little uncomfortable, however in the daylight areas the location was fine. The room and facilities were clean, and the bed was comfortable, although they should provide extra pillows. Chinatown area is just about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, on the other side of the metro station, and this was very convenient for having some great dinners within walking distance. If someone arrives by car, this hotel might be nice because it is next to the main ring road of Paris and there is a parking garage, at an extra cost. The room and the hotel were very quiet, so that was nice. The rooms are TINY. It was really too small for two people. The bathroom is even smaller. You sort of feel like you are staying in a camper for a few nights. The WiFi in our room did not work. I did report this to the front desk staff. For some reason our room was not cleaned one day while we were out, so I reported that as well to the staff. I was able to use the WiFi sitting down in the lounge/dining hall and that worked fine. You can walk to the Metro 7 stop in about 5 minutes, but next time I will probably look for a hotel closer to the city centre. This one is on the outer side of the main Paris ring road, so you do feel a little distanced from the city center.

The location was in the Chinese district in Paris, very well connected with metro .so its only about 25 minutes to 30 minutes by metro ,you are downtown of Paris with all sightseeing!! Nothing, but only room was quiet small, but they were daily cleaning it, so was fine

too warm and we could not run the AC

The hotel clean and look new, they just remodel it I think. The hot water in the bathroom was really good. We like the parking connect to the hotel and you can use the elevator to the garage parking. Good parking space for large car. We can walk to Chinatown, many restaurants and groceries store. You can walk to IKEA, Uniqlo, zara…. Shopping center near there about 15 mins. I go everywhere by foot. We could smell the paint, we had to open the window
