There is no hair dryer in the room.

Rooms are nice. Particularly during the heatwave, they had a well functioning air conditioning that made my stay pleasant. The staff is nice as well. The wifi was bad. I could not trust it for my official matters. It gets disconnected very often, and could not reconnect immediately.

Sheets and floor were clean. No fridge or ice. Booked because they advertised air conditioning, but my party sweated in the room our entire stay with no way to change the temperature. Location and neighborhood behavior were sketchy.

Location was fine, close to bus and close enough to metro. Room was very sufficient for my 1 night stay and bed was comfortable. Good shower as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning didn't work amazingly, but seems to be common in Paris.

Clean, no noise from outside, hot shower There was barely any WiFi and the location is not great, far from metro station. If you can choose something else +5$ better choose something else. Questionable value for this much money

The room was fairly clean. The staff were pretty horrible. Arrived Sunday morning and requested and early check-in. The guy who was on the night shift who spoke English refused to help and said there were no rooms available. When we asked what room was available he said it would cost an extra €5 for which we had no problem with because we had already paid an extra €15 for an early check-in which never came through. The room was not made available until 2pm. The morning shift guy translated through his phone but made very snarky remarks about giving us a dirty room etc and had a very rough attitude.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding an incident that occurred following my recent stay at your hotel from March 13 to March 15. Upon my departure, I unfortunately left my prescribed medication in the reception refrigerator. Due to travel constraints, I was unable to retrieve it immediately. When I returned to Paris, I contacted the hotel by phone to inquire about the medication. To my shock, the receptionist who answered the call refused to assist in any way. He declined to check for the medication, refused to ask his colleague (who had originally received the medication from me), and showed no willingness to help locate it. Furthermore, he refused to provide his name, declined to connect me with a manager, and ultimately hung up the phone on me. I clearly explained to him that this medication is critical, strictly prescribed, and cannot be replaced without a doctor’s prescription from my physician in Turkey. This situation directly impacts my health and safety. The behavior displayed by your staff is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and potentially dangerous. I kindly request the following: • Immediate investigation into this incident • Assistance in locating my medication as a matter of urgency • Clarification on the identity of the staff member involved • A formal response from management addressing this issue I trusted your hotel with my stay, and I expect a basic level of professionalism and responsibility in return—especially in matters affecting a guest’s health. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, rooms -- light, spacious and clean, great wifi, nice restaurants nearby, major transportation hub, good value for money

The room was comfortable and well suited for a short stay. The facilities were satisfactory, and the reception staff were professional, courteous, and very helpful. The location suited my needs well and was not too far from the center of Paris. What I did not like about the property was that some essential amenities were insufficient, such as the lack of a proper rubbish bin in the room.

There was hair in the toilet, shower and sink upon arrival. The sheets did not smell clean. There was dirt all over the walls and the shower head barely worked.

This hotel chain always offers clean rooms and more or less comfortable beds. This location is no different. Very clean, good insulation (quiet), comfortable beds, blackout curtains. Parking is available next door for predictable amount. Staff is friendly and prompt. Location is not the most convenient. Though Metro is about 15 minute walk. Uber and Bolt arrive quickly though. Beds are smaller than usual. Very light choice of toiletries. No kettle or coffee maker, which is now unusual though maybe mot for France Only one towel per person - no hand/face towels. Rooms are smaller than usual

There is convenient parking garage that has a7-day deal. There are restaurants, a market, post office etc. within a 5-10 minute walk. Housekeeping often took 2 towels and replaced with one… front desk promptly handed over a second when asked.

I love the hotel it's near all stations and near paris

Staffs are nice but the location is not good

Close to train station and the staff was very friendly. When they discovered I have the train early so I will not be able to eat breakfast they opened the breakfast half an hour earlier for me to eat something. Everyone was very sweet and even provided bowls for my cats. Amazing experience
