Perfect location Beautiful beach, friendly staff. We had a wonderful vacation in Rhodes.

The pools and beach were beautiful and very comfortable to reach! The breakfast buffet and pool snacks were delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming (especially Zoi!) Highly recommend for anyone looking for a a few days of rest, hanging out in the pool and eating good food . A 15 min cab drive from the old city or new town, but there is a small store inside the hotel, so we didn’t really feel like we missed anything.

שלום רב. שימו לב במרפסת אם אין נמלים כאשר אתם נכנסים לחדר לא לוותר כי אחכ לא יתיחסו אליכם ולא תוכלו להינות מהמרפסת 223-224 אלה מספר החדרים שהייתי בהם להזהר יש לי סרטונים ותמונות שלום לכולם המרפסת היתה מלאה נמלים כמויות הם לא הצליחו להתגבר על הבעיה. ניקו ואז שוב בקיתור לא העבירו אותי חדר ולא התיחסו התלונה היתה ביום הראשון הינו שם 4 לילות לא היה ניתן להשתמש במרפסת מבאס נורא.ואי התגובה מצדם מאד מאכזבת

Hotel and room were clean, The view was amazing to the beach. Stuff was very nice The location is also great you have a lot of restaurants and tavernas around, Walking distance. A bit outdated. Breakfast is just ok, same everyday. Restaurants is ok but better outside

It was a very peaceful and comfortable hotel in every way. The staff were very kind and friendly. The fitness center was sufficient, and we were very pleased that it was open 24/7. Overall, we were so satisfied that we extended our stay by two days. We definitely recommend it! The spa was a bit small and inadequate, so it might not meet your expectations if you’re looking for a full spa hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and very pleasant, with high-quality facilities and a great location close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was varied and tasty. We emailed the hotel and also sent a message through Booking a few days before our arrival to request an early check-in, as we were coming from far away. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any reply. Eventually, we were allowed to check in a little bit earlier, which was nice, but it would have been great to get a response beforehand so we could plan accordingly. We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was excellent, but during dinner, no drinks were provided at all (not even water) and has had to be purchased separately. That was a bit disappointing, especially since breakfast included free drinks.

Old rooms

On the first night we’ve got some kind of a junior suit that wasn’t actually a junior suit, It was much smaller, we had to spend the first night there.. on the second day the manager of the front desk really helped us to switch rooms. Since then everything was pretty amazing.

The staff were super nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pools are really fun and calm with plenty of sunbeds and good snack and drinks bars. Our room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable with good bathroom. Few small things that didn't really hurt our overall good experience. We had to use two elevators to get from our room to the pool and backwards every time which was a bit uncomfortable, ask for room in floors 2 to 5 to avoid this. Surprisingly we didn't have an electric outlet near the bed. The restaurant at the hotel was very expensive, the view and service were great, but the food wasn't amazing.

Breakfast was good with good service. Location near many restaurants. Very long walk uphill to the old town The room was dated and the "king bed" was two poorly fitted singles. Pool was cold! The local bus service is infrequent, overloaded and poor.

Pool areas are great, no problem to find a sun chair. Facilities are generally good and mini supermarket on location is nice. L’Onda and Thea restaurants have great food and amazing views of the bay. Room was spacious with a balcony overlooking pool area and sea. Good bathroom, with a spacious shower. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were good. Room and furniture looked used and dated, wooden floors looked especially worn and stained. Cleanliness was also not the best, few stains on towels and sheets. Table had greasy spots and didn’t seemed clean. Service at Knight’s Bar was terrible - one evening I ordered a pasta and waited 35 minutes, only to find out they had forgotten the order. I ended up going into town for a meal instead that night. The staff at that bar didn’t seem to care much about clients. Location is ok, but not in walking distance of Rhodes town - be prepared to have some waiting time for taxis. I stayed in this hotel also in 2022 and that was a better experience.

stuff nice swimming pools great we stayed 5 nights and breakfast did not change even once, same food every day. you shouldn't put couple in a room with connection to another room with kids!

The location was good a lot of good places to eat around the hotel, the pools and the gym were nice, and the staff were lovely. The room was quite big The day we arrived and wanted to take a shower, there were no shampoo and conditioner in there.. Also they didn’t change our hand towels daily which we kind of expected. Also the fact that you can’t have towels for the pool before 10am was kind of annoying cause we couldn’t go to the pool before 10am

The hotel have a good facilities but too much peoples at facilities. Great view at restaurant and bars (6 floors). First day was surprise of the clean room. I found clean equipment in my room behind behind my bed. For 5 stars hotel this should never happen and I think it wasn't a check of clean room.

Almost everything, the staff were very kind always with smile on their faces, the food was Ok+ the pool Was perfect and the room is big and clean and the tunnel to the beach The fact that if u order a food delivery u need to take it from the gate, the bar was expensive
