only the location **Definitely not a 5-star hotel.** The only good thing is the location. The elevators are extremely slow, with 10–15 minute waits. Even the newer ABV2 rooms were poorly maintained, with mold and a very poor air-conditioning system — the room never went below 26°C. Housekeeping was terrible: despite requesting cleaning and being out all day, our room was never cleaned, and we had to ask again for towels and toiletries. One of the four pools was closed throughout our entire stay, and the outdoor pools were small with not enough sun loungers. Overall, a very disappointing experience and by far the worst part of our holiday. We would definitely not stay here again.

The room I got was not the room I booked. The pictures shown for the hotel was nothing like the hotel. The view was nice but some of the staff were rude.

We reported the problem the next morning at reception. Despite repeated follow-ups by phone and in person, no solution was provided. They only came and disassembled the fridge leaving it in the middle of our room and lots of dust as well until out depurture.-Evidence available

The chek in are very very long,At first she said she didn't see a reservation in my name, and after an hour she said she saw it, but in a different name, and then she didn't see that it was actually paid. We had two hours to check in. I've never had anything like this happen to me in any hotel. Towels aren't renewed. To get a towel for the pool, you have to go to reception and give a deposit separately, even Aziya. The breakfast is very sparse and there is no selection. taxi dont comme in the hotel, so need all time go in the street.

Location was good. Service was awful, room wasn’t clean , didn’t get the value for the price, we had to beg to get service. Door had problems which caused a lot of stress to get it fixed.

The location is great for people, who want only to stay for a beach and sun. The food was perfect every meal The room (bungalow) was TERRIBLE !!! No lights in kitchen, A/C didn`t worked, minibar was hot!!!!, the guestroom bed was totally broken, jakuzi didn`t work.

The hotel elevator was terrible and we had to wait about twenty minutes for each ride, and the only problem was the elevator. The pool was open until 6pm, which was very short.

The hotel earns his low rating. The value for money is bad and most of the room types are outdated, feel dirty and for me the furniture is not comfortable. Only the premium room was adequate but very pricey. The staff is very polite but not helpful and not very trustworthy. The breakfast is with good selection but other than the pancakes which were made on site all the other pastry and bread did not felt fresh, like it was yesterdays leftovers. I would not recommend anyone to stay

Nothing was so bad Long ques to get into restaurant every meal… dirty tables and floors in main restaurant. Bad service… all pools freezing cold not heated… not even the indoor one… my daughters lips were blue when she came out of indoor pool. Not enough sun-loungers for guests. Kids club very boring for children. half of arcade games were not working. Hotel pools and fountains were dirty on arrival green water… food is so bad in main restaurant kids were crying begging not to eat… not alot of choice…. Barely any fresh fruit choices just apples and orange. We had apartment with 1 bedroom and sofa bed in living room which was hard and uncomfortable not suitable for a dog let alone a child. Awful hotel never go back not even for free.
