In addition, the variety of food during lunch and dinner was amazing. Regarding our room and cleaning, everything was perfect. The children room should be open for more hours. Being open for only 2 hours each time is not enough. There should be available drinking water at the gym. Since I forgot to bring a bottle of water, I couldn't keep myself hydrated during my practise.

The elevator not working in the annex suite and we must go by stairs with children and infant. The staff not give solution to us.

The all-inclusive food was as expected, little squares of food and lots of Western food choices along with a mix of more European choices. There were a lot of lovely salads and Greek food options. The variety of fresh bread's was very good. The fresh honeycomb was amazing. The mix of people at the hotel was fantastic to see, different ethnicities, religions, nationalities, abilities and disabilities all accommodated for and made to feel welcome (I assume). The entertainment crew was great at encouraging everyone to take part regardless of their age, abilities/disabilities. Although I was too unwell to join in, the daily activities in the pool looked really enjoyable. The room's balcony with the spectacular views was lovely. Where to start? This was far from a 5* Hotel. We had two rooms and both were of a similar poor standard considering it had, apparently just been recently upgraded. The beds were OK. The little fridge was good, if a bit noisy. We didn't unpack due to the poor finish of the shelves as they were so jagged. One sliding bathroom glass door was unmoveable by the end of the week. One front door lock got stuck so we could not lock ourselves in for privacy. The staff would knock then just walk in even with the electronic sign being on 'sleep'. We had to hang a manual 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the exterior handle to prevent this from continually happening. The shower overspill meant we had to roll up a towel to put on the floor to prevent it flooding into the hallway. Housekeeping would rinse and put back dirty cups and spoons with obvious tea stains still on them. We 'lost' a couple of items which were not where we had left them. Myself, one of my daughters', and my husband had a sickness bug in turn. Although we had asked the Reception for a thermometer on one day and supplies to clear up vomit on another day, no-one came to see if we were OK or to offer assistance in our rooms. The evening entertainment was LOUD! I love dance music but the pitch and volume were unbearable at times, during the day and at night. When I highlighted all of the above on check out the response was a disappointing, 'We will try and improve.' No apology. No 'I'll get the manager.' Nothing. Even though I said I would be writing this review.

Very small lift. Food almost the same everyday. There is no soundproofing in the room. You hear everything so loud: people walking in the hall, the neighbors from above walk, music from outside stage and outside restaurant until 11 p.m. or later. During taking a shower a lot of water going on the floor. There were scales in the bathroom, but they didn't work. We asked to replace the battery, for which we were told at the reception that they would send someone to us. Of course, we had to ask a second time because no one came. When we already inserted a new battery, these old scales still did not work correctly, each time you stand on them, they show a different weight. Therefore, we found out the weight of our luggage only at the airport. Two mattresses on a bed for couple that moved apart, so there was a hole between them. Doors in toilets near the pool are catastrophe? you can see silhouette of person through that and what they are doing inside, also it's not close well. Massage too expensive, from 100 euro, maybe for you it will be good price, but I saw in other hotels prices from 30 eur on massage

Stayed for 2 nights as a last minute stay due to my father being hospitalised on the island. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding of my circumstances and made my stay as easy as possible. On top of that the facilities were excellent and the room very nice. Double room with a side sea view was perfect, great view of the sea and coastline. Strongly recommend this hotel. Nothing

All round lovely hotel, me and the wife came here to get away for a week, was excellent and we loved it, we loved it that much that we flew back home, got our daughter and came straight back out. I love the pools and the different variety’s of foods. Pool bars and home made pizzas and gyros. Every day was different so it wasn’t repetitive! Beach was a short walk under a secret passage, all the entertainers and animation team were brilliant and very lively! can’t wait to come back! From Jacob and Louisa! Nothing

The pool. This is the only thing I like about the hotel. Everything else. Lest start from the staff, so not nice. At the reception desk, at the dining room and the room service. No one is smiling back and they just make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The food is OK. there is no variety. I'm eating Kosher and there is a few options but its all the same. At lunch, at the pool restaurant, on dinner. It's always the same. We got a different room than what we originally ordered but they didn't want to change it claiming that the hotel was full although we booked 2 months ahead. The room was with mold in the sink area and at the shower. There was 1 elevator that only sometimes worked. This is for sure not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4 or less. In general I definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel. So yourself a favor and book something else
