The team is very nice and cooperative

I think the pool opening hours are a bit restrictive (10 to 18h) for the summer. The hotel was quite far from the city centre and the only way to go is either by driving or an overcharged taxi, not necessarily bad but if you like to walk around after dinner it's good to take the location into account.

Great and friendly staff, clean and nice pool, nice restaurants and bar.

The breakfast wasn’t great, the rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly after guests. I’m not saying the room was dirty from the previous guests but our room had like 4-5 dead flies on the wall which isn’t a cute view.

Breakfast is very basic, specially if you think this hotel consider itself as a 4 star hotel. There was only one type of vegetables - tomatos. In another day there was also Avocado but it was in very bad shape and was partly black so was very unappealing. The hotel itself is an ancient one - the elevator is so old it can only contain 3 people, so imagine a family of 4 being placed at floor 6 and needing to split and wait to each other - each time they need to go up or down.... really annoying. All facilities seem ancient - the air conditioning buttons seems very very old. If you need a safe - they give you a physical key... didn't you hear about digital safes?... that's 2025 not 1980... We also had a dispute about disclosure of the environment tax - where everywhere else I stayed in Greece booking has collected the fee for me - the hotel's offer was saying "taxes and fees included" - while arriving to hotel they asked that I'll pay additional fee in cash - which was a surprise to me. so overall I felt the overall value for money was not good.

The location was perfect. It was near Old town Rhodes, not far from the airport and 5 mins to the sea where you can sit and watch the sunset. Nothing. Everything was to our liking. From the room, facilities, restaurants, bar and service.

Unfortunately we did not find our bed really comfortable , they really need to do something so

I would recommend that the staff prioritize guests when using the elevators. It can be really frustrating to wait downstairs for 10 minutes with kids, only to be told, “Sorry, it’s busy,” while staff members occupy the elevator.

I want to say a special thank you to the manager because she fix the problem right away when she heard that i stayed 24 hours in one room with dripping water a real professional, thank you! Everything else was just amazing, thank you! Some of reception staff!!!!!!

The parking for a car was free inside hotel. At breakfast there are many choices to choose what to eat. Recommend. Nothing as far as I remember.

The staff was friendly and kind. The location of the hotel is great, 3 mins walk from coast, ~10min from downtown by car The pool was cool we spent a full day there, it was pleasant. the room, the one we got is very old and pale! We thought to ask for changing it but the its location is good (ground floor with garden, close to the pool and the backyard parking lot). The breakfast was ok... poor actually with no changes from day to day, they serve same breakfast every (with very tiny differences for side dishes/sweets).

The staff was amazing. Christina (one of the waitresses in the bar) everyday would spend sometime with our little one so we could peacefully enjoy our coffee and drinks. ♥️ He absolutely adored her. Pool had seawater (which I didn't know about) so it was difficult to enjoy it for our baby as it was hurting the eyes. The food was okay, not so many options during the day. Mexican restaurant was not very good regarding the food.

I stayed for a congress next to this hotel. A very clean hotel with yet homy Greek styled interior. They have a huge garden just like a botanical garden. Friendly staff and good circular pool. Nothing

Comfortable, good vibes and atmosphere, relaxing and clean. Maybe some minor aggressiveness from a few staff but nothing major.

The place was kept impeccably clean and all the staff were really friendly. We had planned on a mix of pool days and exploring. For our away days, car rental was easily arranged through the hotel with Christina from Access International car hire who came to the hotel to arrange everything and even dropped us off at the airport on our final day for no extra charge. Breakfast seating was efficiently managed and the traditional Greek offerings were very tasty. Shower room availability for when you have checked out but have a late flight and need a final hose down before leaving. Poolside souvlaki & pitta bar. Breakfast offered British style dishes but in my opinion, missed the mark a little. Personally not an issue as I much prefer local dishes when travellng but I tend to make a point of checking these things out of interest.

Surpassed my expectations. The pool area is beautiful and the bar, restaurants and food kiosks are great, great value for money too There is a concrete football pitch and tennis court, ping ping table, pool table, air hockey and a mini golf course (which needs a but of tlc but does the job) apart from a couple of euros for the pool / air hockey it’s all free The gardens are lovely, we didn’t use the playground as my kids are a bit old for that. There’s a well stocked mini mart at the property entrance, also reasonably priced. Everywhere was spotless and the staff couldn’t be more helpful The only negative I have is that the rooms aren’t that sound proof from the corridor or outside which wasn’t a massive issue but if you’re a light sleeper it might cause a problem. The other thing to note is that there really isn’t a lot at all in ixia itself, a row of a few restaurants and a couple of shops in front of the beach. This is no reflection on the hotel, in fact the hotel is so fab you can spend your days not leaving it

The laundry service was ridiculously overpriced.

Good

Service was excellent. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and was good Decor was dated and I would prefer duvets instead of sheets and blankets

This was our fourth visit to this hotel; we always have a great stay. The room was spacious, with a huge bed. Breakfast was varied, and the pool vibes were fun and relaxing.
