Special thanks to George, Strados, Eva and Sami who helped us with every request we had and advised us where to go and what to do during our days in Rhodes. The rooms are very beautiful, the pool is amazing, the hotel is 15 minutes from the city itself which was great because we had a car and the hotel had private parking, there is a beach very close that you can walk to. The food at the hotel is very delicious, we only got to eat on the last day and it's a shame we didn't know the food was so good, we would have eaten more. Nothing, everything was good.

Def not 4 start, no bed lights, furniture the cheapest possible, needs renovation, shower head was broken, electricity next to bed working only on one side, breakfast horrible

The hotel is situated on a hill, about a 10–15 minute walk from Ixia Beach and several good restaurants that we tried. However, we discovered a shortcut (thanks to Google Maps): from the hotel, simply cross the street, walk straight ahead, and when the road ends, turn left and continue toward the beach. There is also a supermarket just 200 meters from the hotel on the way to the beach. The buffet breakfast is good, and all the staff are extremely friendly. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but Booking.com states "Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at the property unless accompanied by their legal guardian included in the same reservation." This is not the case and should be corrected .

Spacious rooms. Nice pool area, as well as a big pool. Unfortunately, the traffic noise from the nearby road was very disturbing. Especially inside the room.

I really liked that this was a small hotel as opposed to monstrously big chain hotels down the road - it felt cozy, quiet and secluded. The pool was big for the number of people in the hotel and it added a nice view and chill ambiance. There were a lot of loungers to choose from and it didn’t feel crowded. The room was really spacious. A good selection of breakfasts to choose from. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. I liked that this is a small local family business which I was happy to support it, and it was a great value for money.

The staff was great, the kindest people, helped us with everything we needed. Location was good, the room was large and comfortable. The pool was fun. The wifi was excellent.

The pool area was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of sun beds available all day. The sunbeds were extremely comfy so was able to relax all day long. The hotel rooms were very modern and the beds very comfy. The rooms were cleaned every day. The food and cocktails around the pool was excellent quality! The location is a 15 minute walk to restaurants and a short taxi ride to Rhodes old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A huge mention to Ismail who made our week away very special! Ismail was there every day greeting us with a big smile in the morning. Ismail was very friendly and did everything he could to ensure we had the best stay possible. Ismail was always there to help with our food and drinks order and we had lots of jokes with him throughout the week. Ok Nothing

Bamboo Suites is a little gem tucked away off the main road, but within walking distance of the beach, shop's and restaurants. Everything about it is perfect. Wonderfully ran by the Patsouris family. The staff is lovely, the hospitality is exceptional, the food is perfect, and there are many wonderful places to visit. We will definitely come back. There is nothing to complain about.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful in every way. Like previously said, it's a family run hotel and they take try their best to make your stay very comfortable Size of the room was good. WiFi connection was good. Big car park and they help out with car rentals etc. Honestly I can't fault these guys. They were really great and I will definitely stay again There's not much we didn't like. We would have enjoyed it more if they had entertainment put on some nights. Maybe live music or a game show . It's just so relaxing here, you will have to go out of the hotel if u want any entertainment.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore. As soon as I walked in i knew we were going to have a lovely stay. Location - Perfect! 10 minute drive to old town and a short walk away from shops, bars and restaurants. Room - Very spacious and extremely clean Food - Breakfast was very nice with a good amount of options to choose from Pool - Very well maintained and clean with very comfortable sunbeds. It was nice to be a in a smaller hotel as we had lots of beds to choose from! Staff - Incredibly friendly! They were extremely helpful with recommendations on where to go and anything we needed they helped us very quickly! They also booked taxi’s for us everyday whenever we needed them! If you are looking to go anywhere in Rhodes, book bamboo suits, you will have a great stay and will not regret it! If I ever go back, I will definitely book this hotel! Nothing negative about this property! One suggestion though: 1) A long mirror would be helpful. This is just a personal preference as myself and my partner prefer getting changed / doing makeup in a longer mirror. Certainly not a negative though!

Our experience at Bamboo Suites was amazing and really beyond our expectations! Everything at Bamboo is organised in detail and with due care and respect to the clients. The rooms are cleaned every day, they give clean towels every day, the bar is open 16 hours and the kitchen 14 hours/day so you have all you need at any time. They offer a variety of tasty food and drinks at reasonable prices and the best coffee in the town! The staff is lovely and they are always positive to assist. Counting from reception-checkin, where Evangelia takes care of everything, the never-tired :) man that services our breakfast and our drinks next to the pool, the cool twins at the bar and the cleaner who makes an excellent job. The premises - rooms, pool, bar, lounge area - everything is well equiped, modern, organised and thoughtful to give a 10/10 experience. Thank you for everything Bamboo! Until next time!!

One word to describe this hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Gorgeous boutique family run hotel that made us feel so welcome. Words can’t describe how special this place is. Lovely huge luxury rooms overlooking the pool, rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels every day too, we felt utterly spoiled. The pool is huge and there are an abundance of sun-beds, so it never felt overly crowded. Eva, Valsamos and Ismail made us feel like their family. The food and drinks are amazing and so reasonably priced. Can’t wait to come back next year xxx Nothing!
