I will not stay here again.

Dirty. The whole place smelled like Indian food. Floors in the room were on a pitch. The toilet wasn’t even level. Terrible. Will never stay here again

I waited at the counted and called the number 3 times for the rep to not hear me because he was in one of the rooms.i get in my room and the bed comforter has what I would call liquid spots all over it. He move over room the new room curtains was broke I tried to close them they unrolled and hit me clean on the top of my head because they are broken. No soap lotion nothing. And at check out i went to give my key card the guy was on his phone pointed to counter and said leave it and continued on his call sitting on a couch.

It was good room was clean

Rude staff lied about the details of the room … called a week before check in date to add an additional date was told to just come on they couldn’t adjust booking , get there was a run around with was said on the phone get the room was put in king bed like booked online months in advance , the next morning when the original reservation date started we had to change rooms was told we couldn’t keep a king room wasn’t what was booked and when I showed our details on booking the man said me if I could read , showed him where it said one king bed and he just kept telling me to take it up with booking not him, asked for a manager he stated one wasn’t there and he wouldn’t give a name or time one would be there , move rooms bc had to have one to stay in was almost 5 hours from home for a weekend event , air conditioning didn’t work after changing rooms from that within hours key cards stopped working on the third room . Then they notified booking we never checked in umm so how do we have receipts and a horrible experience for somewhere they claim we wasn’t . I wouldn’t spend a dime in this hotel ! And I guess the house keeping shows up the same time the manager does which is never !!!

Exceptional

The room was clean and pleasant and we liked the fridge and microwave but there were no other amenities. There was no clothes rack, No toiletries, not even soap, and no breakfast, coffee was not even offered. The desk clerk was polite but not what I would call friendly. We only stayed one night and it was acceptable, but I would certainly recommend that the things I mentioned be corrected. I would not book this hotel again.

Parking was good staff was friendly air conditioning was great no refrigerator in room

Availability to book quickly with a last minute need for somewhere to stay. Drive north the extra 30ish mins to Madison or the extra 20ish mins south to Richland. Was warned about the area of the hotel not being safe by local law enforcement after it was already booked an unable to get my money back so I took the risk- but that warning alone I wouldnt stay again. Was a bottom floor with the shades broken so had to unroll it ourselves. All the lights didnt work an the bath tub was rusted (didnt use it). Couldnt tell if the bed felt damp or cold- stayed during a heat wave so not sure if that was the reason but was not a great experience. Did not use any amenities or breakfast. Was well enough for a quick few hours rest following a long 16hr day traveling but wouldnt book for anything extended. If youre desperate its fine but if you can- book outside of Jackson- especially if you're not from the area or traveling solo which I would have done if I had known better at the time!

Nothing. Did not complete check in because of the facilities. Dirty outside and in the lobby. Desk clerk said that despite what their web site said they would not have breakfast. Instead they “should have coffee in the lobby”. No coffee maker in the room. And the pool was not available and would not be this year. The location was at best on the fringe of downtown and not in a good neighborhood. Bookings declined to cancel the reservation even though the request to cancel was within 30 minutes of the on line booking.

Safe and clean. Family safe.

Pool not filled! No coffee after breakfast, had to ask for kleenex. No hand soap. . Fridge didn't freeze for pop sickles,, Bathroom could use a cleaning, No Continental breakfast.

Ok value for money bug very basic and the loby feels kind of not too taking care of
