The mirror looked like somebody wiped it with grease The mountain door would not shut.The shower head was sprayed on the toilet.I will never get a room there again

Had to change room because the Tv didn't work and was placed in another room with a bad smell in it and the sheets where stained stained and smelled like animal piss ass the room did, when asked for a refund was told no gave me on option either to leave that night and they would only give me my money back for one night if I came back the next morning or do what we had to do and stay and not get anything back. The place was just pure nasty, I would stay there ever again even it was the only place in the world to go durn an zombie apocalypse. I'd rather take my chance in the woods.

It had dead bugs on the bed. The sheets were dirty. The blanket was filthy. The tub was filthy. It was a lot of homeless people outside the motel. Overall bad experience. Never will I book again.

They don’t give refunds due to bed bugs they want you to change rooms they have a sign on there window that explains that you have 30 minutes to see if you like your room or no refunds

The older housekeeping lady very rude however the younger one always nice and pleasant didn’t mind giving clean items when asked or tissue the other women she always seemed annoyed and didn’t want to wash she told me once a week and that I needed housekeeping to much when I only asked twice a week because I have OCD AND I WAS THERE FOR A ENTIRE MONTH SHE NEVER STOPPED UNLESS I called down stairs or sat my garbage can out
