Need to fix the cable/satellite for tv. It cut in and out constantly. Unable to view anything

Great customer service, clean and quiet rooms

AVOID AVOID Check in was at 3 we arrived 4.15 room was not ready,room floor was filthy see picture of my sock,found used tissue in bed so clearly never changed the sheets.breakfast was a joke coffee was cold and only one item off food,should have seen the red flag in the office with sign saying you get a full refund if not happy with room within 15 minutes of check in,there is nothing good to say about this hotel you need to sack your cleaners and not advertise with breakfast

It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip.

Clean, comfortable room. Check-in was easy. Staff was super helpful.

On your site it clearly says pets stay free. I had 2 small dogs and was charged $30.00 per dog. The reason I made the reservation at this hotel was specifically because it says pets stay free. The clerk claimed it’s a Wyndham issue. I think someone either owes me $60.00 in credit or a refund

Hidden fees WHILE at checkin, do not recommend.

Breakfast was a Honey Bun and Old coffee , air conditioner there was not up to par ! I booked and and friends booked first , and didnt feel safe there.

This hotel is so messed up that sold my rooms to someone else drove from Texas to Mississippi poor customer service everyone is on drugs n a prostitute ring at the hotel

They claimed they were in the process of remodeling. The pictures showed a sofa but there was not one in our room. I asked about something to sit on aside from the bed thy replied if you don’t like it check out.

I loved how clean and how the front desk was most accommodating . I did not like the location or area.

The only issue was the tv. It wouldn't let me watch it the remote wasn't the right one the direct tv wasnt set up
