I was very impressed with how clean the bathroom was. The room was clean as well, but just seemed to need updating. While the breakfast was a full breakfast, I just wasnt a fan. Eggs were mushy and a lot of liquid in them, tortillas cold, potatoes were barely cooked and no seasoning, etc. Our tv remote barely worked, there is no channel guide and you cannot sign into your own streaming services, so i recommend TV upgrades for sure. All staff was super nice, especially the housekeeping ladies. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Had a nice pool and a small fitness area with weights and a couple cardio machines. Really pretty lobby and the breakfast was very good. We especially enjoyed the biscuits and gravy.

The facility is well maintained. Very pleased with its cleanliness. Room was very nice and well appointed. This was perfect for our night stay on our journey home. It was conveniently located near the highway. We heard highway noise in our room but it didn't affect our sleep quality. We'd stay again if traveling through Jackson TN.

The first room had BED BUGS and the second room had FLEAS! My children and I got ate up!!! and the sheets were dirty and we had to call down to the desk to get clean ones. We were so disappointed in this hotel. Will Not be staying here again!

The staff was excellent as well as the breakfast staff and food. The beds were comfortable and that was a bonus for me. Only had two things that was not what I would expect from a stay with a high rating. The bathroom was not as clean as I would’ve expected. And the vent fan was in the bathroom but didn’t work at all. So I’m guessing that is why it smelled so much like mildew. And the mildew around the tub.

Over all it was not bad decent breakfast options it was not bad at all 2 staff members was absolutely awful will bot be returning for that fact alone

The staff was exceptional, the rooms were super clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed our weekend in Jackson. This location was central to all of our activities.
