Staff was not as friendly as hoped for (guy at front desk). Gym needed a bit of moping. Anyway, we got there with big hopes to using the pool, but it was out of order. One of the elevators was also out of order (this one got fixed while we were there). The laundry room also out of order. We felt like we could have used a discount after all of this (this poor review could have been avoided). Breakfast was nice! Room seemed clean (and that matters lots to us). Without those inconveniences this place would have been an all 5 star

I won't be able to stay there again only because the mattress on the bed was so hard, and not at all what I am used to at at Fairfield. Everything else was fine, but we did not sleep well there at all.

Convenient to I-40. Parking lot was large enough for our convoy of large moving vehicles. Hotel was very nice.

The staff were great and everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Excellent breakfast, as all included breakfasts go. Pool was small but nice enough. Rooms clean, and updated, large TV.

Everything was great once we got a room. Check-in time was 3pm, but we had to wait an hour before we got a room that was ready.

The hotel was extremely clean and very nice. The staff was even better - I would highly recommend staying here anytime!

Might need to start using a mold remover at the bottom of the shower door to remove that dark stain had a towel that had someone hair on it every thing else was great easy access to your vehicle on all sides like that
