You could hear every toliet flush from the room beside you and above. Also the hallways were hot and humid and other guest were arguing out in the hallway at 2 am and woke my family and others up. Based on all the above I will not be staying there again.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was good, rooms were very large! Great area of town. We will stay here again!

Breakfast was great. Also, the 12 noon checkout time was a favorite. We traveled with pets and the hotel was well equipped to allow pets and did not treat us differently since we had 2 small dogs.

The hotel and our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I will stay here again next time I’m in Jackson.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great room and AC/temp was consistent, and parking areas well lit. I have never been a fan of super soft pillows but slept okay. Lots of food options and stores in the area. One negative, probably because someone made a mistake, was that my morning coffee had a bunch of grounds in the bottom of it. Found out while driving.

Clean. No chemical cleaning aroma, which normally causes migraines for me. Entrance was Difficult to find. Especially after dark

Deidra at the front desk is an absolute gem! The hotel is fortunate to have her as a manager!!

A storm moved in during the night of our stay causing the fire alarm to go off and a very brief loss of electricity. The staff that night needs to be commended on a job well done, She kept everyone calm, drivers were pulling off the expressway trying to seek refuge and she was excellent ❤️ Nothing

It is not worth the cost. For the price they charge, it should have more amenities. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room. Much cheaper hotels have coffee makers in the room. You have to go to the lobby to get coffee.

This hotel is always our stop when traveling. Have never had a bad experience. Very convenient to many restaurants within a very short driving area.
