Was a great place to stay and the pool was nice

The staff was friendly and very attentive. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. For a last minute getaway from home I would recommend this place!!! It was a wonderful anniversary!

I advised the front desk representative that the carpet in the room was dirty. Found some trash from previous guests on the side of bed and by the nightstand. Unfortunately there was hair on the bathroom wall on the first night. They gentlemen did clean the wall after we left for the day but unfortunately the plastic toothpick and crumbs remained. I definitely want to stay again in hopes that this was just a bad week. The layout is nice except for the design of the sink in the bathroom. They placed the faucet so far back that you have to really reach under to wash your hands. Its an odd thing to explain. Overall the property has a lot of potential for the area. Hoping for a clean room on the next visit.

The breakfast was not good. There was dried oatmeal, dried pulled pork for tacos (nice thought but not executed), and I had to ask for plates. The people at the front desk were very nice and understanding. Management: You really need to hire new housekeeping and set guidelines for trash removal and cleaning. Also, the breakfast staff needs some assistance. I’m not sure how one can mess up oatmeal. This beautiful hotel is not going to live up to its potential without a serious overhaul.

Bed was very comfortable. There was no noise in the halls at night.All the staff was very pleasant! Didnt understand why the carts to haul your things were so small.

I stay here whenever I travel because it is such a nice homelike feel. The staff corrects any issues promptly and professionally.

The staff was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast however the weekend staff for the breakfast was a little slack… no regular coffee, food run out before it could be replenished. The trash didn’t get emptied for a couple days in our room. The “Do Not Disturb “ sign had been taken down since Sunday. They finally came and emptied it on Monday. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay.

Loved having the space to cook and refrigerate my food. Also bed was soooo nice.

LOCATION WAS GOOD NEVER ATE THE BREAKFAST MY 12 YEAR OLD NEPHEW BROUGHT HIS PS 5 GAME SYSTEM TO PLAY WITH IN THE ROOM. WE NEVER COULD GET THE WIFI TO CONNECT TO HIS PS 5, SEVERAL PEOPLE FROM THE HOTEL CAME TO TRY TO GET IT CONNECTED AND WERE ALL VERY NICE BUT NOT ABLE TO GET IT WORK, THERE WAS NO TECH SUPPORT NUMBER AVAILABLE TO CALL SO HE WAS NEVER ABLE TO US HIS GAME IN THE 5 DAY STAY WE HAD THERE, THIS WAS FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING, WE BROUGHT A LOT OF STUFF WITH US AS'WERRE IN TOWN FOR THE MISS VOLUNTEER AMERICA PAGEANT AT THE CARL PERKINS CENTER. SO I DIDNT THINK IT WAS FEASABLE TO CHANGE HOTELS. THE LADIES THERE WAS SO KIND AND SO APOLOGETIC FOR THE WIFI, HOWEVER, I CANNOT STAY THERE NEXT SUMMER BECAJSE OF THIS ISSUE. I FEEL LIKE WE ARE OWED SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION FOR TH WIFI ISSUE, I HAVE STAYED AT NUMEROUS HOTELS IN THE COUNTRY AND NEVER NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET WIFI FOR MY NEPHEW AND HIS PS 5 GAME, THIS WAS A DEALBREAKER FOR ME.

Clean The sheets really didn’t seem to be clean

It was so quiet, there were things to do other than being in the room. I genuinely loved how quiet it was. My favorite part The “heated” pool, was cold, that’s my only complaint. But I’ll let it slide bc the bonfire warmed me up

Everything seems new and clean. Location near many places to eat. Great walking area for my dog Nothing
