No staff for check in after 10:00 pm. I was stuck outside the hotel

All great. Location, cleanliness, pleasant staff , etc fabulous. My only complaint is that they have a nightlife in the bathroom that doesn't turn off and since there is no door to the entrance of the bathroom area, the light reflects off of the bathroom mirror directly to the bed area into your face. Not good for sleeping.

Everyone and everything was very nice as usual. We stayed last August 2025 for college move in and stayed this time too, August 2026. Excellent place and people!

My room smelled of mold/mildew. It was awful. Came home and everything smelled like it. Even the things I didn’t wear

Thus place is the best! We've stayed here twice and both times were great! Really clean and friendly staff! The breakfast is good as well No complaints

I paid extra to have a bike in my room, but it didn’t work. Front desk said they would get a code from the manager but I didn’t hear anything back.

This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Homewood suites is now my standard/go-to!

The staff were friendly and worked hard. There was construction above our room, and the toilet overflowed out first morning which would be fine things happened but we reported it, left for the day and came back to the same mess we left and had to call again to have it cleaned while there. Otherwise all our needs were met, everything was clean. Noticable stains on the carpet in hallways but no odors and again overall clean think maybe just an older building.

The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for dining and shopping.

This room smelled like pee. I could not get moved and had to deal with it.

I've been here a few times and lived here for a few months a couple years ago after a fire at our home. I keep coming to this hotel to stay for date nights etc. I love the room setup, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and you're right in the middle of everything at the Town Center. There's a basketball court for my son to stay busy and they have all kinds of useful amenities and GREAT breakfast. I always have a good stay here and really appreciate it!

Everything, location, shopping and restaurants! Breakfast selection could have been a little better esp meat; however, it was still a decent breakfast!!

I have really enjoyed staying in this hotel! It has exceeded all my expectations! Location is very convenient, room was spacious and the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend it and plan to stay there again when I go back to St John’s!!!
