Hyatt Studios Jacksonville/St Johns Town Center

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful ESPECIALLY Malissa she was AWESOME!!!! They have a laundry center on site, and a nice snack selection.Just newly opened so it still smells new. There is a place called The Block within walking distance with different types of food trucks, an HUGE TV screen, lounge chairs, music, and a bar they only accept credit cards NO CASH. Nicely priced. We will be staying here again when we come back to the area.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Will stay here again.

Front desk people were so friendly and helpful. They made my day better just offering to help and giving us bottles of water to take during the brutal Florida summer

You just had to figure it out for yourself or consistently walk up to the front desk because the room phone had no instructions on its use either, we had been there two days before we were given instructions on how to use the room phone. We were also given the wrong instructions on how to use the safe in the room, which we eventually figured out on our own. I so tired of walking to the front desk if I had a question(s). I was told the Hyatt Suites in Jacksonville, Florida off Town Center blvd had only been open for four (4) months. I assume that was the reason for the unsurelty of information/instructions.

The place is welcoming ,staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean with minimal furniture that gave us space to move around comfortably. Plenty of sockets to charge cellphones and computer.Easy and fast checkin and check out.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. I like that the room came equipped with full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeepot and all the necessary utensils, pots, pans etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly but we found the room to smell and realized there was a large amount of old, moldy popcorn stuck in the A/C unit. By the time we found it, it was late on our only night staying so we didn't not raise the issue to staff until we checked out so they could take care of it for the next guests.

Breakfast was a joke. Staff was friendly. Rooms only gets cleaned once a week.

Booked for a king and got a double queen, they said there is a 2 hour delay so the room i booked was already gone.... oh well just sucks.
