Excellent staff, I thank Bima for the late check in, he was really nice and helpful, and gave us a double bed room which allowed us to have a nice night of sleep after three flights in 30 hours. Very clean facility! Modern Excellent location, few minutes away from the airport. Will definitely book again there for the night before my flight back home.

The room was dirty, molls are present on the WC and shower sections. A lot of dust on the TV.

We had a very long transit starting almost midnight and the next flight was early in the morning. The regular shuttle bus time were a bit inconvinient for us and the staff went above and beyond to arrange the airport pick up and drop off in our convenience. Very friendly, very proffesional. We had a very pleasant and worry free stay. Thank you.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfy. Location is very convenient cause it is only a few minutes drive from the airport. I can highly recommend this hotel.

It just takes 5 minutes to get to the airport from here. So convenient if you really wanna stay at a place that’s actually really close to Jakarta airport.

Airport pickup worked well after getting a Bahasa speaker to coordinate it for me with the hotel. But once I got to the hotel, the real trouble started... The worst hotel I have ever seen for guest health and wellbeing. My first room had severe black mould on the ceiling outside and inside the room. After changing rooms, the second room had black mould covering the back of the washbasin area, only 1 meter away from the bed. After a stay of 20 minutes with no resolutions forthcoming from the hotel, I checked out and demanded a refund. So far, the hotel has ignored my request for a refund. In the meantime, my advice to other travellers: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

Most things were Oke Charged taxi parking (I had to pay) for just a 2 minute drop off. Not cool. Ran out of Bintang Beer (only 1 bottle), ran out of hamburgers. Shower needed some repair. No drinking water in the room, only an empty carafe.

Breakfast buffet was good. Bar was good but limited in selections. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Shuttle service to terminal 2 was on time. Dinner buffet was fairly sparse with only 4 entres. Shuttle service from terminal three had to be arranged and we waited over an hour.

The location was convenient. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was good. Literally everything else. Dirty, disrepair, loud, smelly.
