Perfect for a long layover in Jakarta! Staff was so nice and friendly. The free airport shuttle is great. Room was clean and comfortable. Well worth booking here instead of hanging out at the airport for hours. Nothing. Our experience was wonderful. One note for other travelers: the free airport pick up from the airport starts at 1 pm. So if you arrive earlier, you have to take a Grab or bargain with taxi drivers.
