That transfer was provided and that it was close to the airport The driver did not come to get us at the exit. We had to borrow peoples phone to call to try and get directions. Although we insisted that he come get us, he did not. Also, the towels in the hotel looked dirty, and the bathroom was odd and not comfy when using.

The staff is friendly. The room is clean and tidy. Complementary Water isn't in the room.

I like the staff, very friendly and very helpful. The wall is quite too thin, I can't sleep cos the guests who stays next to me is arguing all night, it's not good to hear and quite bothering.

fun decor and decent sized space. shampoo and soap smells great - like apples... keeping with the green theme. great Aircon. and comfy bed. (the other pop hotel I stayed at had was the same and had a bunch of tv channels in different languages which was cool - didn't try it at this one tho) provides glasses in the rooms and refill water in the halls. the bathroom cubical was fun but if you leave anything in there it will get wet when you shower... including the tp.

Locationwise! It's by the roadside. The hotel provides a free and punctual shuttle service to the airport which is just around 10 mins journey. You can simply book a shuttle service once you've check in so it's pretty convenient and conducive. I love the sofa and you can sleep on it. The staffs and driver were really helpful. There's even a few vending machines and a lobby with tables and chairs for you to dine in etc The toilet seem compact as if a portable toilet and there's only a shooting bidet in the bowl. I wish there's a spray bidet that you can use using your hand like a normal toilet. There's no cafe but it's easy to order takeway food from food delivery services.

a clean and quiet hotel in proximity to the airport, restaurants and food shops close by it has been an hazzle to get in contact with the hotel and organize the shuttle bus from the airport. There is a whatsapp number, but they don't list it in the reservation and didn't send it by e-mail right away. When finally I had the shuttle organized, it was 45 min late, I had to call the driver several times and next day the shuttle to the airport has been full - so better to organize with taxis right away
