Location No save box, even if it is in the room , front desk told me that the manager was not there to open it, so no safe box facility, rooms have not hair dryer, I did ask to reception however they said they do not have one. Internet not good signal,

Thé SC hotel is clean and comfortable. Parking was available and personnel were friendly. Perfect for the quick trip to Xalapa. Safe in the room didn’t work. Poor toiletries
