We can't stay because no availability to get early room we sleep in the car with my kids and family then I want my booking cancellation complete my money back.

Location Very bad experience. Zero customer satisfaction focus. We got a room with a lot of noise. People were shouting starting at 7 am daily (stayed for 8 nights). Very uncomfortable room, small and bad beds. No soap, no towel, etc. several times we asked for service , no answer. Manger was never available. One night we were treated very bad. My wife got an ankle operation recently and we were asked not to use Parkinson’s slot for handicapped. With a very rude attitude, almost offensive, we were asked to move because that was “their orders”. Super bad experience. I asked for a refund and until then they offered to move Ud to another room, which was better but problems continued. Basic things like no toothbrush availability for customers, they sent us to a Vending machine which didn’t work so they sent us to a pharmacy, a outside the facilities. Definitely recommend NOT TO STAY HERE. Very bad experience. Brand that this hotel is carrying should be ashamed of the service leve. More than ashamed, they should be worried because is is harming their brand value. Booking.com should also consider having this hotel as an option - it erodes trust. Never again

Location Too noisy..too much noise at night for people who was in a party running and very loud.!

The location was safe and in a nice area. Just a block away was a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful homes. The hotel’s Mexican theme throughout (minus the rooms) was absolutely beautiful. The pool was heated and was lovely. The front end staff spoke English making it very easy to have all my questions answered. I am a single female traveller and I felt absolutely safe walking the 15 minutes straight down the road out front to explore the historic Centro of Xalapa. There are restaurant (so inexpensive) and stores to buy snacks right out front. Great place to stay while visiting Xalapa. I slept well on the King size bed but was glad I brought my earplugs (I always do while travelling) as not all other guests are quiet in the hallway.I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back. Nothing except a little noisy in the hallways.

Excellent breakfast. Multiple choices. Hot and fresh food. ONE thing: they have a wonderful jacuzzi. The day I went to use it, the water was too hot; I mean way too hot for normal use. But I didn't try to ask anyone to cool it down...I just went swimming (lovely pool!)

Wrong booking and little help at location

The hotel is ok but a bit round down! It was very noisy all day! the breakfast was average and cold and the tablecloth’s tables very dirty The shower had very poor flow of water, a joke! I talk with the manager and she was very helpful to upgrade our bedrooms !

The breakfast was very adequate with lots of fruits, milk, coffee and lots of hot choices. When our hallway became extremely noisy with teenagers, the manager moved us to a quieter room The walls are transparent hence we could hear lots of chatter all the way till the wee hours of the night. AND the shower. During our six day stay, we had a few days when we did not have hot water and on one occasion we had to wait 20 minutes for water to flow into our faucet and shower. The shower was kind of harsh.

The breakfast, was good , food is very good the personal is friendly. Probably need , in the rooms , better closets in the rooms. And in the winter some calefacción.

Excellent room, service, and breakfast was fantastic. Dog friendly. $600 for a small dog is too much.

The property was in a decent location with well kept, clean rooms. The property hosted events/parties on weekends and did not control people running around making noise, placing us in the room right next to the event.
