The shower is too small, I was here two years ago, and the hotel has been remodeled to worst. The staff qt the parking lot is not as helpful as they can be, and in fact you cannot park yourself.

I would have liked the location to be a little more central/downtown, but our event was at this location. Taxis were easy to get and take us where we wanted to go though.

The gym facilities are limited, maybe having some individual weights would be great, also a more spacious room. Enchiladas suizas were not supposed to be spicy, however they were; tres leches cake was dry and the cover was greasy. Also the fact that the tub couldn't be filled up was somehow disappointing.

The front desk is amazing and very attentive They don't have meat knives. We had dinner asking for a steak. However they don't have meat knives and this made difficult to cut properly the steak

The staff was very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Definitely going back on my next visit. Xalapa was exceptional.
