My stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent — honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. I faced a few minor issues during my stay, but the staff handled everything so professionally and helped me in an amazing way. Special thanks to the reception team Samaher, Abdulaziz, Yazan, and Hadeel — they were always polite, professional, and welcoming with a smile. It was a really great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel ? Not enough parking

Nothing. They walked into my room while I had the don't disturb button pressed. They mocked me after I complained. Worst experience ever.

Clean and tidy, Polite staff in all departments I had booked the room for 3 adults, and I was offered double bad room. The additional bed was charged SAR 120 extra. However, the additional bed was so big that it could not fit in the room. Consequently, I had to sleep on the floor.

No smoking area or outdoor areas to set even around the pool

I wanted to give 9 as a rating but gave 7 for one serious incident, on my first night the power went off, it was out of the hotel control as the entire block was the same but while trying to go down from the 5th floor to the lobby there was not one emergency light at the stairs and this is a very serious situation, also it took them more than 45 minutes to turn the backup generator on. For a franchise 4 star hotel you expect a better system in place.
