The rooms are so clean and big. A very important the management is providing the facility of any time cancellation and no need credit card to book the hotel room. I didn’t see anything which I can report here. All are excellent

The location is great There is a strange smell when you enter the hotel, but it's not unpleasant. I think the staff are used to the smell and don't find it strange anymore.

A special thank you to the reception they was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, she made a real difference to my experience. It’s rare to come across such outstanding customer service, and Saba truly represents the hotel in the best possible way. I will definitely be coming back again!

Well connected and close to the airport. No issues with food and salat. The receptionists were a huge help in a lot of cases and super friendly.

Toilet no hand shower, no hot water, due to that took bath cold water and feels sick cold and flu, no drinking water very Bad service and small rooms , we book for double bed but they gave 3 beds and congested

Just Location Location was good. But the staff behavior and cleanliness were disappointing, Towels, toiletries, sleepers and other facilities mentioned at the time of booking in booking.com was not available. The Bathroom was too slippery and dust smell were everywhere. Its my very bad choice to stay here.

Staff specially Mr ehab on reception helped me alot Assecories not available as mentioned in profile of booking website, but mr ehab helped me with all the things.. still mentioned sofa come bed but not available, non kitchen , helped by giving me electric stove .. cleaning good but looks like they r using more cleaning liquied its kind of sticky when u walk even on dry floor , water pressure in showers not good on 6 th floor

Staff was cooperative and respectful. All services are around hotel, such as grocery, restaurants, laundry etc. Not clean. Bed sheets and bellows are over used. Carpet and praying mat are dirty and overused. No sound insulation between rooms. I had a noisy neighbor. No sufficient toilet amenities and what provided is very poor quantity.

The hotel is located very close to restaurants , grocery stores , cafes and several phone and clothes shops . The hotel does not serve breakfast meal .
