1 hour waiting for the room then they provide us with a room without any privacy bathroom wall made of glass so you can the whole show inside. Poor Breakfast options

All area is neat and fully functional Water is warm and room is cool The area around the hotel is family friendly and beautiful and the corniche is just around the corner Not something to be point negatively Wished there's coffee included in the room (tea was available only) The parking could be an issue There's an available parking in the basement but the entrance is high which is difficult for some cars to enter

The location is great and clean toilets Feedback & Suggestions If you are open to constructive feedback, here are my observations regarding my recent stay: • Front Desk: The reception rarely answers phone calls, especially during the night shift. • Room Condition: There were visible cigarette burn marks on the room carpet. • Odors: The room had an overwhelming scent of strong air freshener, and some towels had an unbearable smell. • Breakfast Buffet: To be honest, the buffet needs much more attention in all aspects. The only highlights were the fried eggs made to order. Even the cereal selection felt low-quality/budget-brand. • Elevators: The elevators seem to struggle with the breakfast rush. One employee told us to "wait for it to rest," while the other only works intermittently. • Lobby: The lobby carpet remained folded/flipped over the entire time. • Cleanliness: The breakfast area was not clean; even the walls are peeling and desperately need a fresh coat of paint. The Positives Despite the issues above, there were several highlights: • Location: Absolutely great. • Staff: The housekeeping team is excellent. • Room Comfort: The air conditioning is powerful, and the water pressure is excellent. • Cleanliness: The bathroom was very clean. • Efficiency: Check-in and check-out processes were very smooth and fast.

The hotel room was very dirty when I checked in and the furniture and the walls were very damaged and the paint was peeling from the walls

The location and the staff The hotel didn’t provide Ramadan breakfast while the price was very expensive in regards of room very small. Sahour was low quality. The bathrooms had no personal cleaning kits.

The room is not cleaned even 7 hours after leaving the hotel. On one occasion, I returned to find my room door left wide open by the cleaning staff. The room was left unattended while the staff member was cleaning another room on a different floor. Extremely poor experience. This is the last time I book at this hotel.

Front desk staff, cleaning and breakfast staff were great, very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The location of the hotel was great for access to the corniche and to the two small beaches which were easily walkable. Anyone looking to enjoy walking the corniche or a little beach time will love it. Breakfast was good and price was affordable. My room was in building B and unfortunately looked directly into a construction site across an alley. It was quite dark having to keep curtains closed but there was actually very little noise from construction. Hallways were a bit run down but they were starting to do repairs. Elevator could be a bit temperamental. Unfortunately it took from 5 to 10 minutes of running the shower to get any hot water and the design was such that it was a bit difficult to prevent the bathroom from getting wet. I would strongly recommend guests request a room in building A.
