They don't answer at all the calls ! They are not cooperative

Suspected bed bug in the room, multiple bites, and a very poor hotel response. Reception stopped responding, and housekeeping came with insect spray instead of proper action. Serious hygiene issue.

Staff attitude not welcoming not sharing proper basic information during Check in concierge staff setting and chatting while I struggled with my luggage and kids , room not clean , bad smells from the kitchen sewer we lock the kitchen door during the whole stay Bathroom is flooding with water after each use. Horrible stay and i which it will not happen again to anyone
