I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. Shortly after checking in, the air conditioning in our room stopped working for about 30 minutes. When a staff member came to inspect it, he opened the room door abruptly without waiting, while my wife was in the bathroom, which was a serious invasion of our privacy. Because of the issue, we decided to leave the room and went down to the lobby. We were then moved to another room, but the air conditioning there was the opposite problem, it was excessively cold and could not be turned off or adjusted. The lobby manager called me as a compensate to let me check out late 3 PM and free breakfast, but this is not was expected after what happened, even-though the staff member nothing happened to him and they said they will keep me updated but nothing happened After that To make matters worse, I called the lobby and concierge several times for assistance, but no one answered. The lack of response and poor handling of these issues made the entire experience very frustrating. This stay was meant to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately the series of problems and poor service completely ruined what should have been a special occasion.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations. The hotel feels old and outdated, and the overall condition does not justify the price. One of the biggest disappointments was the in-room dining. The food is extremely expensive compared to nearby restaurants, yet neither the quality of the food nor the hotel itself justifies those premium prices. If the hotel offered a true luxury experience, the pricing would make sense—but it simply doesn’t. The location was also disappointing. Aside from the waterfront and a few coffee shops, there are very few good restaurants or shopping options within walking distance. On top of that, the area is consistently very windy, making it uncomfortable to walk outside for much of the day.

المكان جميل ومريح ونظيف كل شي مرتب والناس جداً ودودين ومرحابين خاصة عهود في الاستقبال وفي خدمة السيارات ايضا جدا متعاونين وبشوشين جداً والغرف مرتبة والاطلالة رائعة كل شي كان جمبل

وجدت صعوبة لضمان موقف سيارة اتمنى يزيد عدد مواقف السيارات

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Special thanks to Ahood and Mazen Alghamdi at the reception for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding service. I also appreciate the housekeeping team for their excellent work and attention to detail. The location is great, and the overall experience was wonderful Nothing. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations.
