Our stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making our stay extremely relaxing. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohammed at the front desk. He welcomed us with outstanding kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and left us with a wonderful impression that truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. The restaurant was simply outstanding. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was clean and comfortable, and the service was exceptional in every sense of the word surpassing what I have experienced in many five star hotels. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all the restaurant staff, especially the supervisor, Ms. Aisha, for her generosity, warm hospitality, gracious welcome, and elegant manner. Her exceptional service made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for providing such a wonderful experience. We will certainly be returning, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding stay. -

The mattress on the bed was too hard.

Check out was quickly. Location is good. First of all, I am a regular customer whom usually book at Centro Salama. Upon check in, the room was not comfortable, it was behind the main road, and the AC Was smelling, I raised the concern, the girl at the duty said there is no chance and she cannot help further, and no one even bothered to call me to change the room. I might be changing the hotel in next time. The hotel is not customer's focused, and rather. Overall service was not meeting my expectations.

The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding hospitality. ​I want to extend a special thanks to Yasir Al Soulami and Atif Al Siri. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, handling every request with professionalism and a genuine smile. Location is decent, and some of the staff were helpful (Ms. Manal) Towels were very old and torn. Hygiene was extremely bad as they were using the same cleaning cloth used for toilet, bathroom floor and sink/countertop. Shower head was stuck and was not fixed though I have requested so.

From the moment I arrived, the reception was outstanding, with warm hospitality and a very welcoming attitude from the staff. The cleanliness level was excellent throughout the entire hotel, including the rooms and all public areas. The resort offers a wide range of entertainment and leisure facilities, including pools, beach access, and various activities. The lifeguard team was always present, professional, and attentive, ensuring the safety of all guests. The food was also exceptional, with great variety and quality to suit all tastes. A special thanks to Mr. Ayman at the reception for his outstanding support and care, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Honestly, I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it for 4 more days. Definitely a highly recommended experience.
