The water is either Boiling Hot or freezing they wont change your room what so ever ! The reception will tell you take your shower in the gym ! And when you call the reception they will not answer you need to go all the way down to the reception

The room had a street view, and unfortunately it wasn’t well soundproofed, so outside noise including police cars could be heard

I had many expectations looking at the photos so I booked a longer stay. The room was old and furnishing were falling apart specially bathroom (rust ... etc) everything was clean but it was too old. AC was too loud, the hotel lobby had extremely strong fragrance that easily triggers allergies. However, the staff member friendliness made it up for me and I stayed only for that. Every single staff member from Ahlam at the reception, the gentle man helping me with the bags to the gentle man providing me with water at mid night. every single person I encountered were absolutely amazing. thats the only thing that kept me in the hotel for the entire duration rather than checking out earlier. Reliable wifi for working remotely.

Staff were extremely wonderful. Room was cosy and we enjoyed the king road view. This is one of the best hotels in jeddah compared to other 4-5 stars hotel Some facilities could use little more cleaning. The electricity went off on our room but they managed to transfer us to another floor immediately. Also it would’ve been so much better if they had cleaned the windows but I guess the weather condition wasn’t that good at that time.

The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated its central location in the middle of the city. The breakfast offered was good; however, I believe adding more variety would further enhance guests’ satisfaction. There are a few areas where improvements could be made. The toilet’s water flow was quite low, making it somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, while the air conditioning kept the room cool, it was a bit noisy at times. Thank you for your attention to these details. I look forward to staying at Joudyan Hotel again in the future.
