Parking is really bad, rooms were beaten up and little to no maintenance. Then walls, mostly little to no isolation. Wouldn’t recommend Ironing inside the premises as it’s really poor, i had to return my shirt several times.

Great location. The Appartment was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff and service were excellent.

Pleasant and accommodating staff, from the reception to the house keeping, solid and consistent! Spacious 1 bedroom suite, modern and has absolutely everything one could ask for. The location is solid and practical too. Parking is minimal and elevators are slow.

Good location, beach not too far away, a few fast food places and restaurants within walking distance. Clean property, friendly staff.

Very clean hotel. The staff were helpful throughout my stay. Sultan and Suhaib especially were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The area has many shops and restaurants while still feeling calm and not overcrowded. I also liked that it’s close to Red Sea Mall, but still has other malls nearby for a breeze in and out shopping. Nothing, it was perfect!

The room was spacious and clean. There was a good size mini fridge and a microwave oven. Everything was good: the AC, the shower, etc. The staff was respectful and friendly, in particular Sultan in the front desk. There was no daily room service. Asked the cleaning guy to give us clean towels, he said he would bring us clean ones in the afternoon, but never did. We also asked for a second key card: again promised but never fulfilled. Minor issues, but potential aspects for improvement.

Actually we only stayed awhile like 8hours so not much experience, however the reception was friendly. Area was good with many food and shopping options, but we arrived late night and didnt explore much The bellman was missing when we need help with luggage upon checking in.

Very clean every time. Good location restaurants across the street. Small grocery ( baqalah) in front of hotel. Spacious. Staff very helpful. Very modern. Parking at hotel on site. I can't think of anything that I really didn't like.

The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was just steps away from fantastic restaurants! Nothing

Everything was amazing The staff are helpful and hospitable The suite is spacious with relaxing modern furniture and everything you need is available The location is amazing with restaurants and cafes near by, and even if you wanna do some shopping in (souq al shati) Their check out is from 2pm till 4 pm which is very convenient .
