Location (only) and value Not well renovated, smells and the furniture in the room is very old. Aroma diffusers are required in the lobby and on every floor. The staff is average except 1 smart and supportive Asian team member on night duty. The park is small and underground parking is poorly designed and dangerous.

The location The furniture are not clean , there is a lot of dust There is a lot of noise from other gust room and the hotel can not control

The housekeeping staff was kind and took their job seriously. The administration was just lazy and often unavailable. Didn't provide plug point converter, gave 2 stupid cards, and one of them sometimes would work, sometimes not, and had to do multiple trips to the reception. Calling the reception desk, nobody picked up. It was all very intense.

The location is great! close to malls, corniche, restaurants and airport It is really spacious and comfortable for families with kids! staff very respectful and kind! we asked for ironing! they brought it in seconds.

The only negative thing I can say about the stay is that the vending machine in the lobby was broken and didn't dispense anything after paying.

The place is accessible, affordable, convenient, easy to locate, it’s in the heart of Jeddah. The staff is very friendly , no language barrier and most of all I can easy communicate with them before my said stay, during the booking and of course our stay with my fellow workmates. Nothing
