The receptionist did not upgrade me to better room although the hotel was almost empty!!!

The restaurant was very delicious especially dinner. The staff were very respectful and helpful and quick to respond.

The only downside was the limited sense of privacy due to the close proximity of neighboring rooms. Additionally, if you book a sea-view room, you may need to keep the curtains closed at night to maintain better privacy.

The stay itself met any expectations obligated for 5-stars hotel. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unaware of how to celebrate milestones, and unlike other hotels, they didn’t make the stay feel personal or memorable for us or our family. We booked this hotel for our 10th anniversary. No congratulations, no acknowledgment, and the staff in the reservation center rudely refused to decorate the room or provide even a simple note ( will cost nothing ! ), claiming it was booked through Booking.com. It seems culturally they don’t celebrate special occasions — they offered no alternative or flexibility. Extremely disrespectful for such a special occasion.

Most of all I loved how attentive, helpful and nice staff was. Professional in every way. The food was outstanding. My room was very comfortable. In the bathroom there was mold on the shower door.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The rooftop had the most beautiful sunset ? Old property! Time for renovation. Spa facility was limited with only one female therapist
