Upon arrival, we noticed a shortage of towels, the TV remote control had dead batteries, and the safe box was not functioning properly. However, I must note that the front desk responded promptly, and all issues were quickly resolved after being reported, which reflects positively on their responsiveness and customer service. One aspect I found disappointing was related to breakfast. Since my flight was scheduled for early morning, we were unable to benefit from the breakfast we had already paid for. I had informed the front desk in advance and requested either an early breakfast arrangement or takeaway sandwiches for the journey to the airport, but unfortunately, this request was not fulfilled.

Just the location, with near by restaurants and bin dawood Horrible piss smell all over building Horrible smell in the blankets Horrible smell in the corridors No street view from the bigger rooms. Just a window which curtains off into a big wallet :D Horrible breakfast setup.

The place feels like home and the people there are just lovely! Keep the filtered and freshly brewed coffee, it's really one of the best I've ever had and please have scrambled eggs for breakfast everyday! Otherwise, everything was just great! :)

-The staff were professional and very helpful, specially the lady in the reception and Md Bablu. Md Bablu was on standby when we needed extra blankets at 2:00 am because my kids were feeling cold due to the AC. -The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. -Family friendly environment. It’s not located on the main road.

Need to upgrade furnitures, change carpets and ventilation required in the bathroom. No maintenance in pool and gym area. Limited staff

Large rooms, clean and well equipped. The staff was also friendly at the reception. The hotel is located in a good area with several eateries at 5-10 minutes walk. Nothing to complain about.
