It was a good stay for me. The overall experience was very nice, with the location and value for money. If I get the same price in future I will defintely go again The hotel room service is not as active the day I used it. I don't know if it is a regular and my invoice was promised o be shared, but I never received it. I called their number severally nobody picked up

There is no any services, no housekeeping, AC not working in my room, they changed my room, but with very high windows, smell in the bathroom.

Clean. Conveniently located. Good rooms. Staff is the key. House keeping and receptionist all staff are very kind and welcoming. They are the hallmark of this hotel. Good homely feel. Less commercial feel in this hotel. That I like. Classic room is very small but they changed my room on my request. A bit expensive.

Beautiful hotel and very clean Construction in front of hotel started at 6am. Taxi driver had hard time with directions

The location is great, around 10 min walk to the corniche, and close to the drive way if you want to visit by car /taxi. The staff was incredible,the room was clean and the food very good.

Easy to check-in. Very central and close to Corniche and Red Sea Mall. Nice reception area with Arabic coffee and dates available 24/7. Shower head not mounted so that you can take a hands-free shower. You have to keep the Sprayer in your hand while showering. Also shower door not big enough so a big mess is made in the bathroom
