Hotel is very near to airport and had all basic amenities to layover for the rest are present The reception person didn’t know a single English word. I arrived at 7 am and was to vacate at 2 pm. It took good 20 minutes to explain him with the help of one Bangladeshi servant who knew bit of Urdu as well as Arabic. Though most of the room were not occupied they turned down my request for 30 minutes delay as my wife was coming from another flight at 2.30 pm

Nothing The staff at reception is not professional. They will give your room to anyone and lie to you that they don’t have your booking then you have to roam around city looking for another hotel tired and exhausted.

- The door lock didn’t work (had to ask the house keeping to always open the door every time I return to the room) - The place was very noisy! They started cleaning tye room next door and vacuuming at 10pm! - The AC in the room was very loud and noisy!

There was no towels in the toilet and they did not provode even when asked until next day; the key card switched off eventhough my booking was not ended, they did not provide water or did any houskeeping on the second day

friendly staff, nice facilities (modern room). i liked the most the comfortable bed and the shower. actually i booked another stay for my upcoming trip and cancelled my other hotel in jeddah. nothing at all

The hotel was very nice and clean, and also the staff were friendly especially Mohammad and Tarek from the front desk.

The hotel was easily accessible and was easy to locate using Google Maps. The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic as it is near shopping malls, restaurants, and other key destinations. The room was also superb, as it was clean and on par with 5-star hotels. The staff were also friendly and responsive. The hotel has nothing to dislike; our experience was a total blast, and we recommend it to others looking to stay around Jeddah.

-breakfast buffet was at the sister location down the street this wasn’t explained on the website during booking -some days they didn’t even prepare a buffet even though the front desk confirmed there would be -they didn’t clean the room and unless you told the front desk. The sign wasn’t enough. They didn’t always replenish towels and soap unless asked.

There are a lot of food and shopping places around - all in walking distance The staff seemed like they took the job yesterday ? the reception guy was not sure when the breakfast time is, and the next day the new reception guy tried to make me check out 1h earlier. It was all sorted out, of course, just not sure how helpful they will be if you need some real help
