Loud people partying to late hours outside of the rooms ...

Everything was satisfactory. It was quiet, room clean and the staff helpful. There was a variety at breakfast; something for everyone. A/C filters were noticeable on the outside of each room and some may have needed changing. Room temperature while easy to adjust, the room temperature especially by the nearby bed was very cold or very warm throughout the night.

This hotel is a great option for staying on Jekyll Island. The front desk was very helpful is getting a room close to the other couple we were traveling with. Especially when we realized we could have been on completely opposite wings. The hotel provides a great ocean view option which I recommend. You can sit outside your room in the chairs provided and watch the view, sunset/sunrise or visit with your friends or chat with people as they walk by. It is also a fairly short walk along the beach to the town section for shopping or restaurants. A pretty walk at night that felt very safe. Beach access was right there too. We did not use the pools but saw a lot of people did. Several pool options. The hotel offers a large variety of snacks, beverages, including beer and wine, that you can purchase from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again. Good price if you're a little more budget conscience.

Front desk staff was so welcoming and nice. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Pools were the best!

Family friendly—pools and beach access were excellent

Great location on the beach! There were drainage issues in the parking lot and around the pool areas. The rooms could use an update. The curtains need to be washed or replaced. It was convenient having a bike rental facility right next door!

Clean room, friendly staff
-
Room was not what I requested. It was clean but dated. The shower hose was corroded and tile grout discolored. Breakfast was not very appetizing.

Always my favorite place to stay on Jekyll. Have been staying there for years. One of the original hotels that has direct beach access from the property. They have upgraded the rooms, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good for a Continental (included). The 2nd floor ocean side rooms are worth it to see the sunrise in the morning. Having two pools to accommodate several guests is nice as well.

It's a beautiful property. I stay here every year for the Ga Elks/Auxiliary Convention. I'm a HUGE fan of the Breakfast here and the staff is always pleasant!!

Our stay was great the staff was wonderful and so friendly and always greeted everyone and it was so convent it was close to every where we need to go

Could be a challenge for some to make it to the beach over the path over the sand Dunes. Bike rentals is there next to hotel. Newer properties nearby but more expensive. Beach is pretty much the same all along the beach at all the hotels. Nice views of beach.

Breakfast was wonderful and the view of the parking lot maybe not so much...
