I get what I expected, possibly more. Welcome hosts. Very very good meal, expetially in the evening. Refrigerator. So you will get here best price performance in this location. Good luck for host!

I like the villas in the area. They are very stylish. High ceilings and large windows make the rooms spacious and light.

The Hotel Bella is a really nice hotel. It has all the amenities that a couple of tourists are looking for while out experiencing the world. It was also nicely situated as it was close to the center of town. To get there, one only needed to walk through a lovely park. It was also close to the local wellness center. The breakfast was good and with a large selection. We did not walk away hungry. The other parts of the hotel were well decorated and inviting. We could see that the owners had tried to make the hotel in a certain accommodating image. The room was not extremely large. However, it was really comfortable. The on-site parking was well maintained. It was really quiet as well. The only problem that we had was for dinner at the on-site restaurant. The on-site restaurant closed at 19:00 during our stay. This was not in-line with what was on the website. We did not take offense to this though. We did recognize that a family with kids arriving and expecting to use this service might have a different opinion.

Breakfeast was poor Breakfest, communication only in Polish

Location, garden, restaurant, rooms were OK The staff demonstrated a significant need for further training. I encountered an issue where the room I had reserved was double-booked. I received only a brief notification indicating that my room had been taken by another guest, but this was not reflected in the Booking.com system, preventing me from accessing the room. There was no apology offered, nor any effort to resolve the situation; it seemed that the staff showed little concern for the problem. After exchanging several messages with both the hotel and Booking.com, my reservation was eventually reconfirmed. Additionally, I was informed that I would be charged for parking, despite there being insufficient parking spaces, which forced me to park in a public lot. The overall atmosphere was disappointing, with staff appearing disengaged and lacking in customer care.

Nice and cozy room with very comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park nearby. No soap/shampoo in the bathroom.

Perfect Breakfast Buffet by any standard. If everything else was as good as the breakfast in this hotel this would be a perfect location. Some of the rooms furniture and decor was used and run down. The same applies to the lobby. Very bad where the bed duvet covers. Still have white fluff all over my nightwear and clothing. It seems impossible to get it off.

A nice place to be to escape the daily routine. The hotel is in the historic building right next to the great park, a short walking distance from the main pedestrian zone, and just across the part to the city thermal spa. Parking is at the site and in front of the hotel. In general, it was a silent residence and a silent residential area. The rooms are ok some with a large balcony, the bed was comfy and the entire place was very clean. However, it is not new. Almost everything in the city is within walking distance. There are a few Zabka shops on the main pedestrian road and a also few restaurants if you wish to go to another place. I haven't tried a hotel restaurant for dinner so I can't comment here. The hotel breakfast was opulent, and I enjoyed it a lot. I can't say I do not like something. It is a historical building, the rooms are small, and everything in them is small. If you have no problem with a micro toilet wash basin in the bathroom, you will be fine. Outside the season, not everything in the city is open.
