Staff - all of the staff at this hotel were AMAZING, kind, helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was awesome, a large selection of different kinds of food, good coffee, good flow around the food bars and a large dining room. The location of the hotel was good in the sense that you are very close to the park and walking distance to the termy, it's a cute little rynek area. The room was cheap and the staff worked with me to refund my second night when I left early due to facility closures. When I arrived, all of the spa facilities were closed. This was not the hotel's fault, but it sure put a crimp in my plans as this was the entire reason I traveled to Cieplice Spa district. I believe this is the exception, but I would definitely check with the hotel beforehand. My room was old, outdated and 2 star quality with a cracked ceiling, dirty walls, etc. and the staff actually upgraded my room due to the spa facilities being closed; my room overlooked a construction site (see photo).

Fabulous breakfast with professional emphasis on protein, less sugar and good nutrition. Wonderful pool, with lifeguard, a hot tub with fresh hot water every hour, great SAUNA, physiotherapy, yoga & wellness available, plus a comfortable, well=appointed apartment style room with fridge and good bed. Lots of flowers decorated outdoor dining decks. Reliable internet. In restaurant I had the best onion soup I EVER tasted. Friendly staff. Fast elevators. Shops and fruit stands walkable. Enjoyed a beautiful town. NO temp control. I was too cold, a promised heater never showed up. Only one pillow, ask for an extra. But the biggest problem was the dim lighting, even in the bathroom, so forget about makeup, reading. it was depressing after sunset. Only 2 towels, but plenty were available nearby.

Location was excellent, Unfortunately, the bedding and mattress were not acceptable. We requested a replacement for the mattress, as it was torn in several places and completely flat, but were informed that replacement was not an option.

very good pricing for what you get, big room and bathroom, quiet location near to the spa-park, good breakfast a bit low-quality furniture (chair for the desk sooo soft you feel the frame, bed a bit too soft for my preference), the small ventialtor in this room's bathroom was relatively loud

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the centre of Cieplice, a quiet place with restaurants and cafes, and next to the hotel is the huge park of the district with the thermal baths. The hotel also has a swimming pool with slightly salty water, which is great, hotel guests can swim in it for free for two hours a day. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, although the fruit buffet breakfast was watermelon, nothing else. The rooms look a bit like they did in the early 1990s. For example, on Booking.com, room 307 was advertised as 'air-conditioned', but the air-conditioner was an old standing ventilator. In the bathroom, the shower just drips water due to low water pressure, so showering is not very pleasant. The toilet also had low water pressure: it was difficult to flush. The young lady working at reception on 09.01 and 09.02 was rather arrogant, we don't know the reason why, maybe it was because we spoke to her in English instead of Polish. I could not stand her arrogant, rude behaviour any longer, as she was making faces, so when I said goodbye, after Have a nice day, I added ironically "You were very kind!".

    - Breakfast was what you would expect from this type of facility, also the staff on breakfast was very friendly. - Location of the hotel is great it is next to the park which. - You could find there good international mixture of tourists (from Germany, Czechia, Poland..), mainly older generation - which might be the best target group for this type of facility. Their staff had also printed instructions in multiple languages so even if you are not strong in Polish you could read all the necessary information on the flyer they hand to you while check-in. - No WIFI in the rooms, only in publicly accessible areas. - Armband readers to be let to the swimming pool/spa area were not working, also it is not practical to pick up the armbands in reception and than walk down the corridor to the spa area. Now imagine the situation you are walking in swimsuit and robe to return the armband to reception and there are other guests which want to checkin/out. This could be probably solved with some solution where you can self-return those armbands in the spa area. - The biggest disappointment were probably the rooms itself were dusty and dirty. You could notice that it was cleaned only in the "middle" of the rooms and the corners or less obvious places were left untouched for example: in bathrooms you could see the dust on the ventilator fan, dirt in the edges of the shower corner. When we left our child crawl on the carpet for a moment her hands and feet were full of hair and dust. The top of it my polish speaking friends heard the cleaning service talking to each other while cleaning saying: Hey Justyna, this room looks clean, we will not vacuum clean it. With this kind of attitude no wonder that the rooms looked this way and over the time the dirt collects. - I wonder if the Owners of the facility really care and make sure that the staff does what they suppose to do, I have mixed feelings as some of the staff was professional and friendly, but most of them felt, that they don't really care. Overall, if I was there alone I would probably be paying that much attention to the cleanliness, but having small child which is curious and explorers everything, we couldn't ignore it. At reception we were told that there is no option to upgrade to anything better, that we got the best rooms they have. There was no option to cancel and get refund, so we left the hotel and find more suitable accommodation and returned there just for breakfast and using the swimming pool/spa area.
