The location is at the centre of Cieplice with short walking distance to Zdrojowy Park, Norwegian Park and Cieplice Thermal Baths. The room was quiet and peaceful Poor WiFi in the room, decent in the lobby and dining area

Breakfast was quite good. The public areas of the hotel are quite presentable. They do service the bedrooms everyday. Room is very basic with no real facilities, old furniture, no kettle, no water, very few electrical sockets in the room, no extra pillows and thin quilt on the bed - all looks very tired. Hotel appears to only own 1 iron - I had to really press them to get them to lend it to me, and then they didn't offer an ironing board so had to try and iron my shirts on my bed - far from ideal. Room was not very warm despite radiator on full.

The hotel is right on the pedestrian promenade of lovely spa town. The room was neat and clean. The breakfast had all the basics. It would be nice to have mini fridge and coffee/tea facilities in the room. It’s ok without, but if staying longer, might be convenient to have it.
