Stunning panoramic city views! Great location within walking distance of touristic sites, restaurants, and transit options. Quiet at night. Appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Felt safe here as a solo female traveler — keycard access required to enter the building and access hotel floors.

Everything. The staff was great and helpful, perfect location near the train, the room was clean and tidy, the amenities great.

The location is prime! the view from the room was amazing. had everything i needed for a short vacation in jerusalem couldnt open a window in the room

This is our second time in Jerusalem, and I am a bit familiar with the area. I find this area safe and really a great location. Though this hotel doesn't have breakfast, it has coffee/tea area available all the time. Our room has a great view of the city, and their outdoor/rooftop has awesome view as well. It has a good-sized room for two and smart tv that you can always hook up your Netflix on. Toiletries are available even stock up along the hall if you need more extra. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and retail stores in the area and a light railway station is in front of the building. I'll definitely go back and stay here in my future visit. We just had minor issues with the air conditioner. Though its wintertime, weather is sometimes warm, we can't make the aircon cool/cold enough. We can't open the window as well.

Sunrise view, good front desk service, she is helpful and friendly. Room clean comfortable. Good roof top setting. Free coffee, milk and cookies. Good location. Room abit narrow.

Great location, beautiful view! We arrived later at night and the man at the reception desk was very kind and helpful as we had a hard time figuring out where to get in. He showed us around and was very welcoming. Excellent location to leave car parked in the parking garage and walk around Old Jerusalem.

The view was -- as promised -- terrific. And there are lovely terraces that allow you to sit outside (on both the 13th and 15th floors) and enjoy the view or the wifi or a drink, etc. The location is ideal; the building is in the heart of J'lem and a convenient walk to most places. During our stay, the air conditioning in our room did not work. The hall was so much cooler than our room. We received repeated promises that someone would fix it, but we stayed three nights and it was never repaired. Then we were told that something would be done for us -- to make up for it. But that also never happened. To try to stay cooler, we'd open the window. Unfortunately, however, there is a good deal of noisy construction happening close to the property. In addition, our room was much smaller than it had appeared in the photos. I now see that the square footage shows how small the room is. I should have looked at that, rather than photos! Finally, one of the two elevators was not working during our stay. So a trip up and down to the 13th floor usually involved significant waiting time.

You'd better be in good shape if the elevator doesn't work, and it does happen ?
