The employee was very willing to give me a room where I wouldn't have to walk of multiple floors of stairs, seeing as I'm a senior citizen. The light rail station was less than a block away. An elevator to the reception office would have been nice.

The location, the price, the breakfast. The place was very clean. There is a window you can't open :) I guess if you organize some kitchenette you should at least put some fork and small plate. Again, overall the place is fine!

Perfect location and a really nice room. Super friendly staff. First of all they facilitated an earlier checkin and since there were many available rooms they actually promoted my room type for the same price - even without me asking for it so it was a very nice surprise! The communication could’ve been a little bit better. Since it’s war time they have changes in reception hours and no breakfast, but this wasn’t disclosed until I got there. However compared to my overall experience with the hotel this was just a minor flaw.

Exceptional
-
- no clear direction to the Studios from the main hotel - lack of hangers - toilet sink is practically unusable due to size and orientation - air con problems

Location Main lobby in the other building Reasonable price My room was in the next door building, the staircase up to the room was so messed up so much that you don't even see this in bad neighborhoods. (No elevator) You come into the room and you literally get a 5x5 foot room that's all!! Bunk bed and bathroom underneath No hanging space And the climbing to your bed is very uncomfortable

Staff friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Bathroom modern and self-contained My tiny studio had a loft bed up 8 rungs of a vertical ladder.

Very good

Windowless room, bed was a little ripped up under the cover, no place to smoke (roof of the building was locked)

Great location. Easy walk to Old City. Lots of places to eat nearby.

There was an issue with my room but they immediately change me into a much better one. Thank you!

The lock of the door leading into the apartments was broken, leaving the door open.

Great location Very basic.

Nothing, the picture was deceiving, not what was advertised, I had to climb a 7step lather to get to the bed, I have an injury recovering from surgery, staffs are amazing, smiling at all Times, helpful but the hotel was not what was advertised I felt deceived but it was shabbat I had no option than to manage and risk my injured leg climbing step lather to bed. the bed was on top of the bathroom and the toilet cube

I only drink coffee in the Morning, and that was good. I have to climb up a high lader to enter the matraze, nearly tre meters. Only wooden- chairs, very, very uncomfortable. Impossible to open The window , if you want fresh air you have to open the roomdoor. I would NEVER Come again.

Not much other than the location which wasn't bad. 1. Staff were extremely rude. Talked down to me - and others around me, were argumentative, and refused basic requests. 2. There was a bunk bed you had to climb a ladder to get to. Extremely uncomfortable. Never saw that in a hotel before. 3. Extremely run-down and dirty. 4. Dirty laundry and towels. 5. Extremely over-priced. 6. Breakfast cost more than double the price they, themselves, advertised.

The room was clean and comfortable. The weather was terrible but a heater kept the room cosy. The place was a little unusual, but I knew that from the description. There was a lot of noise from the wind and rain as the windows were not in good condition.

Extremely dirty room with awful old windows. The shower was impossible to use - it was lower than my head (I'm 1,78 m tall) and also dirty. The interior was old and ruined. The hotel refused to return money paid.
